I just noticed three things: 1. Way too many songs have ending gold moves. 2. I am sure that the target number for the team is two. 3. There need to be more repeated gold moves.
Maybe Ubisoft put only 2 gold moves and sometimes 3 because people started making videos about songs that have many gold moves and that they are ok with only 3 or 4
