Just got word that my Auscision C class arrived today in good condition, here in the USA! YAY! I bought it 5 years ago this month, so it's kind of an anniversary and I'm celebrating!
Disappointing, but understandable regarding the 81 class locomotives. At the end of the day we are after a reliable product, and if it means waiting a few more months then so be it.
Always looking forward to this video at the start of the month Will. It is full of great info about anything that is happening in the Hobby Thanks again

I had no idea there was any 009 scale kits for Puffing Billy so I might have to snag one while I'm there.

Was hoping SDS might have given a bit more than that, really hoping the QR locos are close and theres some painted samples of the TGR locos soon.

The QR locos needed some rework and haven't left China yet.... sigh.

I read that Malkara Model Railway exhibition has been cancelled for 2023. Normally held on the 1st weekend of August in Canberra.
I didn’t think it was happening this year anyway. I asked around at the Canberra exhibition and no one could tell me, they had been emailed a number of times to no response! Maybe next year.

Have you got any details about the cane loco at the back of the shot at 9:50 ? It looks O scale?
It’s been mentioned in a couple of issues passed from Lyndon’s Trains under his Canes Trains brand!
I have a 4 x 8 HO train set, 4 trains on 3 tracks (overlap on one track). With telegraph poles to bs set up adjacent to the track, what would you recommend the distance between each telegraph pole to place on the board please.
Not sure! Google maps/earth does have a measuring tool if that helps?
Do the Auscision Harris cars come with black plastic wrap and a sand pit?
As a cost saving measure the Harris sets have been selected for the Suburban Rail Loop. Turns out they are already in position ready for service.

Lots of the later Harris cars were asbestos free.
These were chosen for upgrading to H sets for V/Line. Some still running today, but for how much longer.
Oldest carriages running normal service in Victoria.
Just hours after making a comment asking how long the ex Harris H cars would remain in service, I saw a vid on a train of 12 of them being transferred to storage and so out of service
What day tho will? Just asking
