Just starting in the cold email industry and you have been very helpful getting all my ground work set up. It would have taken so long to do this on my own thank you!!
Hey, love your content! Do you forward emails to one inbox? I was wondering if I did this if it would not keep individual inboxes warm since there will be less interaction. Thanks, Matt
Fu.king awsome video.....What annoys me now is this bulls..t with squarespace. I had to setup my domains with them.......what a pain in the ass that was. With Google domains everything was all connected and only using Google. Ok so in your opinion surely its still ok to use my google domains for the email campaigns?
Thank you so much for thia video. It sure helped me a lot. I do have a question though. I added other domains I bought from namecheap to my workplace, but can't find the option to redirect them to my business domain. Any idea how I can go about this? PS: I tried redirecting it on namecheap, but was told my domain is using other email service

Hey, Jay I am little bit confused here or may I was not able to understand this better. I want to know that your thumbnail is showing that G-suite is best for cold email but later on after in this video after all process you move to instantly. Why? I mean we can send email from google workspace or not?
On your video you mentioned on the domain step to click the button of you already have a domain however you said to make sure it was a "Google domain". What's the reason for that? Being a godaddy registrar would be a problem?
Hi Jay, great video, but I'm a bit confused. I've watched almost all your videos, and you've consistently mentioned that we should not use our primary domain for sending cold emails. That's why I'm puzzled about the advice in this video. Here's my situation: I already have a primary domain for my company. Should I apply all these steps to this domain, or are they only for additional domains that I plan to use for sending cold emails? And you cant buy anymore domais from google
Great video. But now that google domains was acquired by square space, can you do a demo on how to connect a godaddy domain to google workspace …. Are the steps similar?
Hey Jay, I will really appreciate if you could answer this. Should I use multiple google worspace accounts for my different domains purchased from godaddy or should I add all my cold email domains to the same workspace? Which is safer and which one do u recommend?
I recommend adding all your cold email domains to the same Google Workspace account as domain aliases. It's safer and more convenient to manage everything in one place rather than juggling everything in multiple accounts
Hey Jay when you mean "Two senders per domain" you mean it's ideal to create two "users" under the same @XCompany domain? **Just to clarify** ...assuming you then link those two users to instantly afterwards. thanks
Hey Jay, thanks for the content again. I am following your steps here. At 7:36 You are completing the user addition, what phone number are you using to do so? I can imagine you are in need of a great volume of numbers to set up users prior to a campaign. Thanks in advance!
Hey, I love your content! It has been very helpful for my business. How do you manage your google domains now? I am trying to follow your steps but I cannot find a way to manage my google domains from my google admin. Thanks again
Hey, thanks so much for getting back to me. When I am on my google admin console there is no longer a way to manage domains. At 8:41 on your video there is a option to manage your domains. The only option I am seeing now is set up redirect. So I am not sure how I can look at my DNS records via my google admin console. Any advice? Thanks so much.
Hey, I figured out the problem. I forgot that I registered my website through siteground. So I need to go through siteground to look over my DNS records. Thanks again for your help.
on the secondary email (for initial sign-in instructions) at 7:08, can that be an actual personal email or does that risk burning it? Would you recommend using a burner account for this? Also, if you're setting up several domains with 2 send accounts each, can the same secondary email be used for all?
Thanks, Jay. Once you connect to Gsuite with secondary domains, what email software are you using to send emails? Not easy to manually send 1000's of emails without automation.
Please answer, Do all the different domains get added and managed in the same Workspace account? Or do you have to sign up for separate workspace account for each domain? For example, I setup Google workspace and add 50 different domains, then create users for each domain? Or do I have to setup and sign up for a single workspace for each single domain, basically have a workspace admin for each domain?
In the case of Google workspace, you typically manage multiple domain with the same workspace account. This means you can add and manage different domains under one workspace account, making it more convenient to handle users across various domains
@@leadgenjay I assume you are using Instantly for sending? A video about how you are doing that would be great. I know you can just upload contacts to the different g suite emails as well and mail that way. I didn't see anything in your video titles that directly spoke to this process. Thanks!
Hello Jay. Question, why did you add another domain here? Wouldn't the primary domain be enough for a setup? Is it standard to have a primary and secondary domain? Thank you
hey jay, we have heard from instantly that its better to have no more than 3 burnable domains in one workspace account, do you do in the same way or why is there such a recommendation? Tks
@@leadgenjay tks for your prompt reply. And just one more question is that we see google workspace indeed allows us to add domain via 1. Add as secondary domain, or 2. User alias domains. So actually is it possible for us to just pay for 1 user and use add all of our burnable domain as alias domain under the same user so it can be most cost effective for cold email let say we will be using instantly for cold email automation later on? Tks a lot!
ughhh... as of september 7th Google does not offer new domain purchases.......this video was awesome, it's hard to keep up with technical-end around cold email setup SMH
Hey Jay. Thanks for the amazing videos. I was about to buy domain name similar to main domain(but with diff TLD). So do I need to host this new domain to a different hosting or both the domains can be on same hosting.
Jay, can we set up Gsuite with our main company domain and then send the emails with the cold accounts, or should we never sign up with our main domain?
While it's true that new domain registrations for Google Workspace are now primarily offered through Squarespace, the core configuration for email remains substantially similar to the traditional G Suite setup.
Hey Jay, great video! I'm actually stuck with new user emails bc gmail won't let me sign into them for some reason. For context, I did exactly what you showed in this video (1. created a new domain 2. created 3 new user emails for myself under that new domain) but was only able to warm one of them up on instantly bc it won't let me log into my other two user emails. It asks me to verify myself with my phone number, then texts me g-code but when I enter it, it says suspicious activity and prompts me to try again in a few hours. Any advice or feedback?
Is Connecting 3 domains per Google Workspace a thing? An instantly blog mentioned it but i thought it was referring to (only using two users per domain)

A proper warm-up gradually increases the sending volume over time, helping build your sender reputation with email providers. Tools like Instantly and Lemwarm automate this process by mimicking natural sending behavior. That said, poorly done warm-ups or sending low-quality emails can hurt deliverability, so it's important to follow best practices.

You will need to check with your individual plan in terms of how many users you can add and what the cost will be.

This is for g suite. Hard to automate regular Gmail’s I wouldn’t recommend
