Hi, thank you so much for your video! I have got the same exact machines and have spent hours yesterday trying to cast on. For some reason the ribber keeps missing every second needle in the row, so it knits every second needle on the top and than should knit every second needle on the bottom bed but keeps skipping one. The sponge bar is new and the machine is clean, have you got any idea what could be wrong, please? Thank you, Lucy :)
Get your book, check all of the settings and try it again. Be sure the needles are in B position to work. Then try it again. I will ask CJ to look at the comments when I see her next week.
Is the skipping random? Personally - I would E-wrap the number of needles I need for the project, knit 2 rows. Then transfer onto the Ribber. Any number of issues can cause the Skipping. Even a Spacing issue, having the Wrong G clamps, not using the Pressers. The Kh230 is a workhorse, if you are on speaking terms.
Thank you, you make it so easy. Now I have to go find the compressors and the end things. I think they are in the KH260 bin.
no Moira - the kh260 does not have them. There is a play list for your kh 260.
