Somehow you manage to capture all of what I love about UA-cam. The fun edits, honest content of seeing the actual work being done, the details that normally don’t make the cut, and the vibe you cannot get on the commercial tv shows 📺

I wish they would do at least one video collaboration to make sense of the separation. I feel like this would be helpful to both. Any loyal follower is left just thinking that either Stephan screwed over Rich or that Rich cut Stephan out because of the financial loss. My opinion based on watching all of Rich’s videos is that he seems snake bit because of the financial loss. But Stephan added serious value to RR. I would say Stephan added at least 70% value!!

My take is that they're both going through various personal/legal issues and RR has dealt with it differently than Stevon.

I love Mesquite because it reminds me of my grandparent's farm in Texas. I also love using Mesquite to smoke meat and it burns hot on the fire in the winter and I love the way it smells.

This is a delicious comment. Very nostalgic scent to me as well, though I'm certain whatever was grilling in Texas was better than what was here in New England.

My favorite species of wood (at least for carpentry) is whatever the heck that glorious stuff is that Shoyan Japanese Carpenter gets his hands on. Clear-grain, beautiful soft color, machines like butter, and they use it for seemingly every post and beam on working-class homes so it's gotta be cheap, too. Don't know the actual species but we sure don't have anything like that in America.

In the past year I have become fond of cedar, it smells good drys quickly easy to cut and split great for heating the house in fireplace, very little ash. I used to burn pine, white oak and eucalyptus, a summer of felling, cutting splitting and stacking leads to a warm dry winter

Pine. Nothing better than the smell of a gaggle of pine trees. Well, maybe second to a gaggle of racoons. My grandmother use to feed them from a window that had a box on the outside. They'd come at night and she'd feed them from the window. They loved her.
