It reminds me a bit of professional chess interviews, like they just talk about super specific game related things and it's kinda all gibberish for a casual audience but if you follow closely enough it's super insightful. Caedrel is simply better than most interviewers and casters because he has more game knowledge, but I also get why they want more accessible interviews for a certain audience.

I think we underestimate how smart these pro players are about the game, they know a lot more than all of us and while it is easy to point out mistakes players are making as a spectator, it's a completely different thing to be playing the actual game.

caps is so chill. and truly a very very talented player. its probably gonna be that caps never gets a worlds, but he at least has an MSI, which is more than what a lot of players that have come and gone can say theyve achieved. i dont think league will produce another faker, getting 4 worlds is truly something out of this world. The closest is Bengi(retired), with 3 wins as a player. next up would be those with 2, like beryl, duke (retired), bang (retired), and wolf (retired)...
No one is really close as most of the players you mentioned got titles from playing with faker. Ruler had a very good shot last year, but we know how that went. Beryl isn't really a franchise/superstar player to be in this convo
Not sure 7:20 if this is relevant, but based on your explanation of "Tempo Trapping" it would seem that T1 was trying to do that often during the summer in LCK, but LCK teams (GenG and HLE, etc. were pretty good at being decisive during those moments, which made T1 often appear to be overstaying thus losing the lead that they may have gained right before that play.
Overall, these three matches were the most enjoyable to watch for me in the 2024 Worlds: Finals, T1 vs BLG Quarterfinals, GenG vs FLY and Swiss, G2 vs T1.

Tbh G2's issue is just macro. Too many people keep gettin caught solo, too many weird decisions not contesting drake/herald and too many times T1 trades "map pressure" for fkin turrets like how did they even manage to do that? T1's specialty is these multi-threats comp juggling damage share between their members so G2 kinda just gave it to them by throwing everything they got into the Ori + Noc combo. To beat T1 you must be able to smash them in fights and contest macro across the map. Just look at how TES did it bait T1 into taking unfavorable fights, always contests drakes whenever possible and don't lose the early game too hard (1~2k gold down max) and there you have it the perfect recipe that GENG and HLE perfected, TES abused to clap T1. G2 went too hard into the Ori + Noc comp trying to dive while the whole map falls apart as T1 drafted a triple damage comp (Jax + Ahri + Jhin) and completely nullified G2's draft. They really need to redo their homework imho don't play your worst shit into the world champions' comfort and you MIGHT have a chance of doing the FLY there.
Tes got one very lucky fight that they baited t1 into which ruin their entire tempo. If t1 snowball that game properly, tes would have lost. To beat t1, you need to follow geng/hle gameplan most of the time of just being better than team early. When both team are even, t1 macro is as strong mid to late game as some of the other teams. If you give t1 a strong early, they are going to win it 90% of the time. T1 issue vs geng in recent years is that geng is too stable with their lane and peanut covering ganks so well that it is hard for them to get a good early game.
