Girl I do the SAME THING when I get down to a certain weight! My therapist and I figured out that it’s probably self sabotage. When things go too well my brain goes, “hmmmm, what can I do to stir some shit up!” It’s almost a defense mechanism to force myself to fail so I can’t be disappointed. Does that make sense? Lmao maybe it’s just me 😅 BUT! YOU GOT THIS! You’ll get to that 205 and then to onederland this time! ❤
