I am playing through IE3 myself rn and I actually have Flappable on my team! I got him cause I love his sprite and model, but I didn't know he was one of the best, but he seemed pretty good. Anyway ty for making this
Am I the only one who find the scouting system of IE3 okay and not bullshit? Okay, it isn’t great, but when it come to a bad scouting system then I always direct think about the system in IE Go 1/2/3 and not IE 3. Because I did spent a lot to much time in the scouting system of IE Go 1/2/3. It is time wasting with the machines and Co in IE 3, but I honestly can life with that
Pullens used to annoy the cr*p out of me. Nothing was going in. You had to at least have 10 levels above her, incredible shooting boots and powerful shots.
@@gears930 Yeah i guess it'll be difficult if you play on 3ds cuz you cannot get them unless you can trade players. On Citra, though, it's possible i'm pretty sure
@@gears930 Nah i meant that if you already have a save on Citra, you can "edit" your save (but that could ruin the fun of the game). Idk if you can trade between 3ds and Citra, but that could also be a possibility. Sorry for misleading you

Yeah the GO scouting system is the worst,but it started with IE3's garbage system.
I agree but I think Galaxy improved palpacks to the point it's actually good

Stoker and Flappable are in the relation table in Bomber and Lightning Bolt, but premium in Ogre yes

You can't get him in team ogre attacks
Get him in bomb blast, use Inazuma toolbox to bring him over to ogre attacks

Battle the password team at the Japanese camp and then use blue coins at the Japanese camp capsule machine until you get him
