FYI, you don't have to "kill" the Pals to get resources from them. You get the exact same resources for 'befriending' (capturing) them, plus you can either sell excess Pals or "combine" them to improve individual Pals.
FYI 2, Pals that you've already 'befriended' cannot die (unless you choose to 'butcher' them) You just need to return them to the Pal Box and they will slowly "heal" over time (though they may be sad or depressed for a little while afterwards)

Rushoar is great for mining! you can mount it and use his rush ability to ram nodes, Its much faster than using pickaxes.
1 rushoar and 4 cattivas is a great mining party until you can setup a mining base.

Language Trivia Time! "Eikthyr" is named after a stag who stands on Valhalla (don't ask me why, maybe he got envious of the brahmin in Fallout 4).
Eikthyr is a boss in Valheim. Eikthyrdeer are pals in Palworld. Could there be some connection between the two? Who knows. Maybe it's just a coincidence?
The "Eik-" part of the name is pronounced mostly like "ache" in english. "Thyr" is pronounced _kind of_ like "tear", the kind that rhymes with "beer".
I wonder if it's a Celtic myth or something.

Right before we hit record the base was raided lol I think one of the Pals set it on fire.
ok im not through the video but daffy get a shield. you dont hold it, it is just a extra bar for defense. many people dont know about the shield or thought "i wont hold a shield" but yea its not that type of shield. yes the timmer is for the rarity. im curiuos cause i just got a 17 hour egg and thats at 100% speed so it better be a god for that amount of time.
We did end up getting some shields! :) A 17 hour egg, its going to rule the Palworld universe!
