Dragon Ken can't really do damage unless he's using a super move. All of his regular attacks do cause damage but this Dragon Ryu doesn't even have to block then attack, he just has to attack. If it wasn't for that, DK would've mopped the floor with him from jump.

Yeah, Chun li have her PA version, probably Eliza will have a stronger version too later on.
