I have the Explorer card and within a few months I already used doubled the value of the annual fee. 2 lounge passes valued at $59 each, plus free checked bags on 3 flights in 2024 so far.
Mr Jusko: one thing to consider, most if not all airlines nowadays (except Southwest) charge for checked bags. An airline specific card will often get you at least one free checked bag. If one flys a lot, this could really add up. The General travel cards, although more flexible, will NOT get one a free checked bag.
The absolutely top three Airlines credit cards are: 🥉Citi AAdvantage Executive World Elite,🥈Amex Delta Reserve Card, and 🥇Amex Delta Reserve Business Card.
Living in the Detroit area, Delta is the main carrier. My wife and I both have the Platinum card. She got it so we both could get to gold status. We will re-evaluate next year if we keep both.
I have the Alaska card with the grandfathered companion pass for just holding the card, the Amex Delta Reserve (the refresh made it a keeper for me), and the Chase United Explorer card. I'm based out of LAX and have no real brand loyalty but I do prefer to fly these 3 airlines and I travel frequently enough that I take advantage of the companion passes that come with the Alaska Card and the Delta card. I also travel with united enough to where the lounge passes pay for the card plus my checked bags.
Airline Credit Cards give early boarding on flights and free checked bags which can cost $30-$50 one way and earn miles on all your credit card purchases that can be used for free flights in the future. The general travel cards can't do that.
@@ProudMoney my biggest concern is their flight crews take care of entire plane with seating all the same. With the change their crews will now have to take care of the first class or what Southwest decides on seat makeup. I fly United also usually premium economy and see how the crew is rushed on that flight. I don’t think they understand how this seat change is going to impact the way the cabin is taken care of. This is a company culture shift that may change them in not a good way. Hopefully not.

For me, I have the Delta Platinum which might be the Best Airline card but I also have the AA Executive card so that I can get into Admirals Clubs
Same Same
Get both AA cards. The Barclays card has no spend for the bonus, just make a purchase.

🔥🔥🔥🔥
Should I snag the Barclays AA card quick after hearing about the news of them possibly dropping them so I can get the SUB?

I like the Delta Platinum and the Delta Reserve. If I could get one I would like the Reserve 🙂😄

Dale Boca!!

TY. What about TSA pre check a good way to get? With no annual fee for example. The only goal so far. Hey, people? do you know? Thanks
Nice shirt 💙💛

nice boca shirt
Great content as always, thanks Adam!!!
That Southwest card may not be worth anything next year when they change their seating setup. They’ll have to revamp their whole award system.
true

My Korean Air Skypass Visa is an awful card, US Bank should be ashamed to offer a card with poor earnings and rewards.
1st!
