Thank you for this information. It would also be nice in the future to have more specific information about the seating. Frankly, especially during long layovers and delays, things like the food options become far less important than whether there's a place I can sit comfortably for hours or even manage to doze off for a bit. Recliners, or ottomans where I can put my feet up are my personal Number One reason for choosing one lounge over the other.

Hard to tell which she likes the best. Maybe a nice ranking at the end would be good or a visual with two columns, one with lounge name and one with major drawbacks and advantages.
Wait. The Green Ant Gin is gone?! That place is dead to me! * Candy Corner 😉 Dan-Dan Noodles. A requirement for any aspiring FF to tick off. As is the LHR T3 Lounge Run tbh. I will say. Way back when I started my FF journey & was an excited man-child about doing all the lounges in T3 it was the AA staff who were the most gracious & who just leaned right into things. So much so one of them came & found me about half an hour after they'd shown me around the J lounge to tell me that no one was in F anymore so they would take me on a quick look around if I liked. Which I did & for all it's 'Meh' 'ness as a location nowadays ( oh how quickly one becomes jaded eh) I'll never forget how kind those staff were. Clayton
Sitting in the Emirates Lounge on the way to Sydney. Security at T3 was fine tonight (Friday) and fast track was open. Also worth mentioning that if you are traveling on Qantas you can use the Emirates lounge.
It is open for check in but the security lane is shut during the strike. You can use South fast track instead although you may be better with the regular security

I haven’t spent much time in the AA business lounge but I’ve always found the AA F lounge staff to be excellent.
