@whathappenughh Nah had 9ers or Bears taken him Things would be dramatically different Reminder 9ers made 2SBs an lost to Mahomes What do ya think they would he with him?!?
I feel like an underrated win win trade is one from the 2007 NFL draft. In that draft, the Panthers had the 14th overall pick, and traded back with the New York Jets. The deal was the 25th overall pick, the 59th overall pick, and the 164th overall pick for the 14th and 191st overall picks. The main player the Jets got out of this was Darrelle Revis, who really needs no introduction. However, the Panthers would manage to get anchors on both defense and OL in the forms of Jon Beason and Ryan Kalil, who both became Pro Bowlers in their own right. Obviously, the Jets won the trade, Revis is in the Hall Of Fame with good reason, but Carolina got a good amount out of it too.
Eh I think if they kept brees and never drafted rivers they would have had a ring but the pats were dominant than so I don’t know probably would have made the afc championship and made it to the superbowl in 08 when Brady tore his acl
@@charitouskanaley8569 Granted they didn't draft Rivers but still you should note Brees regressed in 2003 to the point he even got benched at one point. When it comes to the three year wait, Brees was failing that which is why the Chargers were ready to move on from him.
Thank God for the Goff Stafford trade. Stafford has the experience, knowledge and confidence to not be overwhelmed by mcvays personality. But at that point in goffs life 8 years ago he didn't. Dan Campbell is the ultimate for keeping guys on track and getting the best out of them. And Ben Johnson was smart enough to make Goff a colleague when developing the playbook in 2022. The trade was perfect for both the teams and players which is why it'll always be a best trade candidate
Eli wouldn't have played for the Chargers so it wasn't like they had much of a choice. They got a good haul for what situation they were in. Rivers is my favorite player (as a Charger fan) but even I don't think/know Eli would've won even one ring as a Charger if he *did* end up playing
The Goff-Stafford is the best win win trade of all time, Rams got an instant SB ring and the Lions got the weapons to build and explosive offense and a franchise QB for the years to come and now they're one of the best teams in the NFL after being trash for over 30 years Simply the best trade OAT
Its a win for the Lions already, they are actually a decent team now which they haven't been often in the past. The Rams in 2021 were just stacked, Stafford had a great connection with Kupp but they also had Donald, Ramsey, Odell, Whitworth, Woods, Von Miller and other decent players as support. Since 2021 Nacua and Williams are the only good things about that team, Stafford is aging, Kupp is always injured, Donald retired, Ramsey traded, defense is looking bad. There will be an overhaul in the near future. Got the immediate impact they wanted though with the super bowl.
Thumbnail wasn’t an actual trade. Vikings traded away Diggs to the Bills and then drafted Justin Jefferson to be his replacement at WR, and the 1st round pick the Bills traded ended up becoming Justin Jefferson.
The Rams one is not a win-win trade because the Rams literally won the Superbowl his first year on the team and Goof didn't do anything successful with the Lions until his 3rd year on the team
Vikings did better in the Diggs trade because they got rid of a guy who was a malcontent and a bit of a Diva with a big contract and wound up with a better receiver at low cost with a good attitude.
And it’s not just Patrick himself that makes them so good. Andy Reed is the best coach alive Kelsey one of the best tight ends ever to live. They’re good all the way around Chris Jones top-notch defensive end. It’s not just Patrick.😂

I gotta ask the people Would you rather have Clinton Portis or Champ Bailey? Would you rather have Patrick Mahomes or Tradavis White, Tremaine Edmonds and Deion Dawkins?
The fact that Buffalo gifted the chiefs Mahomes is the funniest thing in the world. Bills fans keep acting like they're happy having Allen but we all know they aren't 😂, and the thing that's even funnier is the fact that the Bills just don't learn, even after getting their ass kicked every year by the chiefs they continue to gift them picks in the draft. Honestly the Bills deserve their playoff failure
Bills fan here, obviously it’s hard to deny that having Mahomes wouldn’t be great, but trust me when I say we’re more than happy with Allen, in fact without Allen last year the bills probably would have gone 5-12, he’s the only reason we were in playoff contention anymore. And as for the draft pick, obviously we have no idea how either worthy or Coleman are going to do, but the it’s important to note the only reason worthy was picked ahead of Coleman was because he ran 4.21, but again until we see a full season from both all we can do is guess if the chiefs fleeced us again
@@WillMathewson Allen is good don't get me wrong, it's just hard to stomach that y'all could've had Mahomes. I feel bad for y'all tbh cuz y'all should have at least made a SB by now. Most of these are not good trades. They are good draft picks. What if Chargers picked Anthony Thomas or Lamont Jordan? Still same trade, but bad drafting. What if Vikings picked Tee Higgins or Michael Pittman? Still same trade, but bad drafting. You can not tell if a trade is good or bad, if you suck at drafting. Look at Washington Redskins and what they got from Saints? It is called a bad trade because with all their picks, they basically got no-one. They should be a dynasty.
