Met Bern Shaw in Golden Colorado in '96 where Heep did a gig in a miserable dive of a bar called the ' Buffalo Rose ' . A mystery as to why they would even want to play such a small place . Serious ... at capacity it could hold about 750 heads . There were about 5000 hahaa something like that people show up and it was pandemonium ... well , anyway , it was an awesome show . Yeah was gonna say ... I saw Bernie Shaw hauling in T shirts 2 hours before the gig .. I recognized him immediately and said something stupid like 'Wo..You're Bernie Shaw aren't you' ....he was utterly cool... total down to earth gentleman.. talkedd to me as if i'd known him forever and we only spoke 30 seconds . In fact the whole conversation was ... Dude..I think you're the best singer since David Byron ! ( I was a bit shell shocked ) Wow ... thanks a lot man ( forgotten words at that point ) Well . we'll try to give you a kick ass show ! Front row center ... yeah ... best show I've ever seen ... ! Got to shake hands with all of ' em True gentlemen .... excellent performers and am SO f' ing glad they have not been tainted by the sad poisin that is the RARHOF ////////

What a great tune. Shaw’s voice is like fine worn leather I tells ‘ya. This should have replaced the rather limp T-Bird Angel on Into the Wild instead of being relegated to “bonus track” on some editions. Would have made the album ever better than it already is.
Bonus track on which edition ? Japanese ? Tsk, they had better put it on the regular album.... It's better than a bunch of tracks from this CD that lacks softer pieces
