Thank you for sharing these videos.... I make the same mix - without Vit E - for my skin and hair and my teenaged granddaughter's hair...we both wear our hair narural. I dont melt down the shea, just allow it to soften in the sun, then I make a lot and put them in jars and keep them in the fridge or freezer and the shea never goes rancid or lose any of its desirable properties... Am going to add Vit E next time😊

Thanks for sharing. I once tried to mix shea butter and coconut oil I didn't have all the other oils the process was long for me as I had to use a hand blender 😅 but we got there in the end 😊

Hi Charity, I love making my own mixes also but I have been lazy. This weather is going to put a stop to that because my skin needs some serious TLC. I decided a couple of months ago that I would give my hair more tlc during the harsh winter weather also. I am out of my fav mango butter and ordering right now. I have all my oils so I am ready for my whipped butter mix. A couple of years ago I tried it with the shea butter but I threw it out because I just didn't like the shea. I love the simplicity of your shea butter cream mix! Do you deep condition your hair once in a while or do you only use regular conditioner? On average how long do you go between wash days?

Hi, how was it? Did you added more oils after this mix, or you used it until it was finished?
For this particular batch, I did add more coconut oil to loosen it up because it had hardened after it settled but typically I don’t add extra oils like in this instance: ua-cam.com/video/lajNIb0xnU0/v-deo.html

Where do you buy your Shea butter?
This particular one in the video came from Ghana.
I tried it but mine was still liquid, it didn't solidify like yours in the video. So i put it in the fridge for it to solidify
