My home gym is no longer minimal but if you are going for a minimalist setup, I would go with the Ironmaster superbench pro. Its the bench I still use in my setup and you can buy attachments to give you pull ups, dips, leg extensions and a bunch more plus its super light and easy to adjust. Then I would probably look at adjustable dumbbells like Ironmaster or Powerblocks.
My home gym went like this: 1. Adjustable Dumbbells 2. Bench 3. Squat Rack 4. Lat Pulldown. I can do leg extensions and leg curls with this with ankle braces. Also kudos to Eric Helms for this idea. If you set a weighted bar on your squat rack as high as possible you can do pull ups with it 😊 if too long bend your knees.
The Barbell vs Dumbbell vs Machine debate continues. I got a better deal on a Barbell set and started all my lifts from the floor until I got some mats and a makeshift stand. In the world of used equipment any of the three could be the better deal at the time.
Sissy squat stations are a great way to get away from doing split squats all the time at a home gym. A 45 degree back extension is also a great one for glutes and hams.
5 gallon water jug gang represent!
Didn’t even have a sleeve on the handle, actually wore out the plastic from twisting over time. Worked though!
Jeff’s body low key flexing a quad hamstring seperation 😏
LOL, last thing on my mind is to flex during a podcast.

Looped resistance bands and a pull up bar exclusively. That's all I need. 6'1 and 214 lbs
28 strict pull ups and no plateaus encountered.

Rep Fitness Ares cable system rack set up is legit. They are releasing a new one soon with a better low row.
