You have to complete the space mission 3 times in every day and and be lucky enough to get it
how 3 times a day ?

Here is a little more prospective about winning the Moon Rover.
By filling the Launch Mission for the 5x Card return (Purple Chest), there is a 2% chance of winning a Moon Rover each time.
Thus:
After 1 try there is a 98% chance of not getting a Rover
After 50 tries there is still a 36.4% chance of not having a Rover
After 100 tries it becomes 13.3% of not winning
After 200 tries it is 1.8%
After 250 tries it is 0.6%
After 300 tries it is 0.2%
After 350 tries is is about 0.1%
After 500 tries it should be less than 0.005%
And if a player does not"fill" the Launch Mission the Gold Chest (1% winning) and Tin Chest (0.5% chance) would take a lot more tried.
Of course the above assumes everything is fair.
what can be done than?
@anjangaming it is up to you, but giving up on the Moon Rover could be a possibility if you think the game is "unfair". Remember many have won the Rover and then had to contact the developer to get it.

@anjangaming NO. Just like you I've been trying and trying. But now I don't try as much.
The Moon Rover is the only vehicle I don't have in the game. So with OTR 2 expected I might just quit trying and save the In-Game Purchase cost for the next game.

Nope. I didn't get the Moon Rover either.
Lots of tries. Even used the heli to put the empty chest all over the place including in the satellite dishes. Good way to relieve some frustration.
Even carried off the full chest to location with high value Coins before opening. Still no Moon Rover.
Anyone know if the Moon Rover is win by collecting enough pieces or is it all at once?
