Ok this is definitely your best yet! The stitching solution using puffy paint was such a great idea! Also. I'm curious to know if you still use your phone as your camera. Because it records really good quality for a phone!

Thanks! I made it with cardboard and had it covered with foam, the painting didn't look good, so with your video, I covered it all with synthetic leather and it turned out very well, many thanks!

Awesome work man! Cannot wait to see the finished thing! I was wondering if you have tried fiberglass resin before as a substitute for the epoxy and if you have how it compares strength wise? I've made 2 helmets now and find that even with the epoxy resin coating there is still quite some give. I made a captain vaughn helmet recently and applied 3 coats outside 2 inside and can still feel some give if I squeeze certain areas with slight pressure

I look at pictures and put parts of cardboard together until it looks right. I also use lots of ratios and measurements and a lot of research too.
