I have lichen planus on my tongue it definitively caused due to high levels of stress. It comes and goes away, now I feel I'm so anxious 24/7 that this condition will never go away and it will develop into something serious where I don't have any control and can be fatal. Thanks for posting this video this is very comforting that its not usually serious condition. I need doctors who understand it better for my treatment

This was an excellent video. Thank you for this information. I’ve recently been told by my derm that my lip problems may be due to OLP and it’s a bit scary to hear the term autoimmune disorder.
