Great pick-ups Stephen! That Brooks stand-up is pretty sweet. Seaver's 68 is one of my favorites, an OPC version would be great to own. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks. I've been looking for that Brooks stand-up for a while, finally won it in a bid. That OPC Seaver is a great card. Don't see many around in the OPC version. Thanks for watching.
Hi Stephen. You shared some very unique pickups. I loved it. It’s always fun to to see variety. The Seaver OPC was really cool. The Churchill and Queen Elizabeth were great to see. As was the Indian Pony.
Thanks my friend. I have been wavering for a while now about certain non sport cards and as soon as I saw those two, I really wanted them. Thanks for watching.
Hi Stephen, that’s a nice Brooks Standup. I have grown to like those cards after seeing them on Don’s channel a couple of years ago. Seaver has a nice run of cards with the 68 being right up their with his best. Is the OPC card back different than the Topps? I assume it has French and English translations. I am a fan of the Tiffany cards too as an alternative to the regular Topps after 1986. That is a nice Queen Elizabeth and Winston Churchill. The latter seems to always look older. I think it is a good idea to sometimes widen your interests if it fits into your overall collecting plan. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Terry. There is something about those Stand-ups for sure, maybe it's the colours that help them stand out. Yes the OPC also has french on the back of the card. Its' weird how all the guys from a 100 years ago, look so much older than the women. I'm really starting to like some of that older vintage non sport cards, there is so much history behind them. Thanks as always Terry for watching and commenting, very much appreciated.
Thanks Orlando. Watching both your's and Ryan's channel's has inspired me to venture out into the non-sports cards arena. I was pretty excited with those pickups. Thanks as always my friend.
