HI! Thanks for watching! There's no one anywhere near my area that I'm aware of that buys true scrap/junk tires. In fact, I think some places charge for them. While I do see them out in ditches and things I don't see them in the trash much and don't deal with too much auto wise. I've picked up wheels and a few "donuts" but no real vehicle wheel & tires.
