Absolutely love this video. It’s scary to know our sons can go from cute & innocent to a threat to individuals. It’s a lot to deal with. Praying for your strength as I pray for mine 💕
I feel you girl! I’m 13 weeks due in December don’t know the gender yet but honestly it doesn’t matter we all are in danger as a black person male or female. And sometimes I wonder what I’m going to tell my baby. Your doing great just continue praying I find that I often feel better when I pray and sometimes when I forget that’s when I get overwhelmed and have Anxiety. Just trust in God because he’s got it! Have faith☺️

Yes I am constantly praying, laying hands on my baby. New mom my baby is two weeks old
Been feeling this too. He's 6 months. I'm already a helicopter Mom but THIS is terrifying. I've honestly thought of moving to the edge of the earth for him. Just somewhere I can live freely and not worry about him, but where does that even exist? I shouldn't have to feel this way. I'm praying that things get better. I just dingy know.

I love your videos, im a first time mom (21) due oct 26 having a babyboy! Your channel inspired me to start my own with being a young mom💯💙 & i truly do have the same fears !! its hard being a single mother raising a babyboy that will soon be a young man. its scary seriously and it truly overwhelms me now and my baby isnt here yet. To help me with the anxiety i pray every night its so helpful and reading a scripture too!

Thanks for me I’m white and pregnant of my first child the father is African so I feel extremely scared about that situation or even the time I’ll have to talk to him about it and won’t be able to wear the same shoes makes me feel horrible I just wish that one day the world will be able to see that there’s only two type of people in the world the good and the bad no ethnicity should be a concern I’m sorry you guys have to go through that reality god loves u we should be kind to one another

Girl you ain't never lie it's a scary thought this world is getting bad in the most part ppl keep having kids n this crazy world it's like u bringing kids n this bad world but you doing a great job as a mom in just pray ,keep ur faith in ur little one will be ok . I pray everyday for my family I got three boys 12,2,5 months old so ya know I got alot to teach lol

Girl!! Wish we could hang out and just have tea time. I'm having my first child in April. His father is white/cuban and I am black. I am terrified at the state of our nation rn. It's a constant conversation with his father how we will raise this boy to survive in a world that hates him or hates the fact that we made him together. I'm very nervous for my motherhood journey to continue and he's not even here yet. Your videos have been so relatable and you are very easy to listen to. They have definitely been a source of support during this time. Keep your head up Queen you are doing great! And like you said we are in this together!

Definately relate, Thank you for sharing this i just found out I'm pregnant this morning and am Hispanic. I feel that," its weighing heavy on my mind and heart". Im scared thinking of the racism my child is going to have to face and thinking Im not always going to be there to protect them. But I guess we just gotta hope for the best and prepare them the best we can.

I felt this video in my heart as a mixed skinned woman it's honestly terrify's me because I'm about to have this baby with my man and just looking at the new's with everything going on idk how I'm gonna tell my son when he grows up to be careful going out with friends or to his job because people are killing innocent lives on the side of the road or in a neighborhood it's honestly really sad to see our country like this especially the black lives matter I just hope George floyed get's the justice he get's because honestly that was wrong of the police to do him like that because of his color I wish everyone safe and prayers out there especially to my son stay safe girl best of luck :) ❤❤

I just started crying knowing that I’m not overreacting. My boyfriend thinks I’m a helicopter parent but I notice when we put in public he walks closer to me and our son. And he makes sure his ID is the first thing he can pull out before we get in the car. And then I remember he’s a black man himself n he’s not protected if me and my son aren’t by him. So this generation of parents n kids are just as scared of what we can and can’t stop
