What you are doing is pretty risky, taking bunch of beginners who don't know anything about mountains/trekking/climbing is a risky advent. It's all good when the day is good, but when the weather turns bad that's when the hell unleashes. And also look for revenue somewhere else, leave these places alone, these are pretty fragile meadows, increased human activity destroys the fragile environment
