a few more things to add, grab the components and give 'em a shake like you did with the engine. surprising what you'll find lose. remove the deck belt, raise the front of the mower, spin each spindle as fast as you can and put a hand on the deck away from the spinning blade, if you hear or feel a rough grinding noise- that spindle is not long to fail. hook up a water manometer to the air filter fitting. run the engine wide open- check restriction of the filters. if zero restrictions- major air leak in the intake system, more than 8" replace the air filters.
I may be crazy but after a week of mowing , I wash and wax all my equipment. I believe if you take care of your equipment they will take care of you. Great video sir
hell yea bro i did my preping yesterday started and made sure my equipment was set i have to fix the front tires still and replace the rears. but pretty much set need to replace tires on my trailer. i cant wait one more month and then spring clean ups
Howdy I caught Spencers Lawn care. I use battery tender on battery, leave it on all winter yup no battery removal, Auto Zone my favorite for batteries.
I am ready for the season to start!!! Need to replace the battery on my 36 and also give my mowers a bath(I am bad about not cleaning them). Great video and showing us what you do!! Look forward to the video uptick!!
@@mithgo_outdoor I planning on the 1st April for mowing unless it comes sooner. I am starting Mulch now and also be getting gumball cleanups for clients only started end of the week. Will be reaching out to the clients that need Gumball cleanups done
Just checked my the other day. They all started except the Ferris stand on blower. That one even on a good day is hard to start. Just waiting for the snow to melt now.
I love the videos man. You're very informative. I will say I would keep the ZXT. You might end up getting another huge property this year and may need it. Also sent ya a fb request if that's alright.
The ZXT is too large of an investment for it just to sit around waiting on a larger property to roll around. The adjustment I made to my route for 2022 has rendered it useless. I'd rather sell it and recoup the money.
B models are great for starting out. That said they have cheaper components compared to full commercial machines from most all companies. Bushings and zerks, not sealed bearings,. Non commercial air filters, transaxels not pump and wheel motors. If you mow less than 200 hours a year, not a darn thing wrong going B series. Above that you will get more longevity and up time stepping up to full commercial units.
Yep they are. I bought the light kit from Harbor Freight. The light kit is designed for an automobile so there's a lot of extra wire that wasn't necessary. I modified the wiring harness to discard the excess wiring. I wired up the switch just behind the operator pad.
Can’t wait to get this season going. I have been doing this part time and working a full time job. I’m going full time in the business.
Congrats on going full time with the business!! Wishing you the best of luck this season!
@@mithgo_outdoor Thank you

Man I kind hate this season because of gas, fertilizer, and grass seed prices. I will do my best on that
hang in there and adjust service rates accordingly !

Not too much longer !
Michigan here, been cold, wet and snow for to damn long.
Sunny warm days are coming !!

Ah gotcha
how's 72 vs 61 mowing faster clumps stragglers etc?
as long as you mow at a reasonable pace and the blades are sharp the cut quality is wonderful
Underrated channel. I think you're gonna blow up this year, just my feeling.
I really appreciate your kind words! Got some more content planned!
Looks like you are ready to go!
Oh yea! Got all the handheld equipment prepped as well!
There’s not many Wrights in upstate New York, would do you think about the stand on b, dealer support is minimal,

Are those lights I see on the front of that zk? Tell us about them please
