So kashtira mostly has no built on protection compared to the other top decks. And yet they keep hitting it way harder than the TCG does. Why?

Man, Wagon is literally the worst starter for Superheavy, why would they hit that starter as opposed to Bike to 1 or 2, Soulpiercer to 1, or Wakaushi to 1 or 2? Just doesn't make sense. It really feels like "Oh, we're gonna hit stuff based on the Duelist Cup such as Five-Rainbow Magician, EXCEPT for Labrynth since we're putting Arias in the game shortly and Snake-Eye since we still need suckers to buy these cards!"

I'm not defending it or anything but for pure monetary sake most gacha games would never nerf a character still in rotation.

Yep..basically the same thoughts...its another of those poor banlist that only angers their playerbase, while doing nothing against the actual problem cards...However, I prefer it that way that having to survive months without any banlist at all...

I have to said it is mediocre banlist over worst banlist due to MD do a monthly banlist. If MD banlist do same like TCG that do 3 to 4 times a year, then i can said it the worst.

White Dragon Wyverburster was the problem yes thank you Konami for banning this insane card. Circular is totally fine at 3, snake eyes no one plays that deck right? oh and lab yeah let's give them transaction rollback and how about another broken @ss card like Arias. They fkn killed my dragonlink one of the few non archetype decks to sell their stupid fkn snake eyes cards. I will quit this game honestly Konami can fk off

Idk why master duel doesn't try more with their bans. TCG/OCG is one thing and snake eyes and generic link summons (and baronne, ZEUS and TY-PHON) are running rampant there, but if they give 3 banlists for TCG/OCG every season, why cant they test what specific bans would do in master duel? theres no risk apart from people buying packs and testing a banned baronne meta for two weeks for example should give them an idea if its a good ban for TCG/OCG. Yet they are so reluctant with hitting any really powerful cards, its crazy.
Agreed, but it’s probably cause MD is the most ambitious with what they keep legal. It’s the only format that still has Elf and Kitkallos, and for unhits they sometimes like to go the extra mile compared to paper formats. They are the first to unlimit every dragon ruler (TCG doesn’t even have tidal legal yet) and also put terrortop to 3 (still at 1 and 2 in ocg and tcg respectively), they have drident and barrage at 3, etc

YuGiOh banlists lately are absolute trash. Let’s hit decks that are hardly doing anything, and completely ignore the problematic stuff. Branded hit again, but snake eyes is fine. Can’t have any decks competing with the tier zero decks.
A card from my current favorite rogue deck (dogmatika this time) getting hit due to other better decks is the story of my life now. I used to play pure PK in the TCG after bardiche came out and I lost both bardiche and the rank up spell for awhile.
If Baronne is banned I'll stop playing MD

Just got back into master duel 3 weeks ago (quit before adventure cameout). My brother was telling me their banlists were so good now. Was excited for them to balance things out. This literally just makes snake eye even more unstoppable. Guess imma quit again honestly. Not dealing with this another month or 2.

Come back another 3 weeks, your not gonna miss much. Top 3 meta decks snake eyes=tier 0 now, lab= tier 1 and branded=2. The only card game that is a joke

@@sammydray5919 Honestly I think just scarecrow being banned is fine. The deck does nothing in the TCG outside of being an extremely cope engine plus Soulpeircer is kinda needed for people playing the deck pure to OTK so im not sure if I'd be for banning it.

I am just petty and just dislike soulpiercer being looped so just to REALLY make sure the deck dies it can be hit too. MD can be weird sometimes with how long or short decks can live compared to the TCG. Just look at branded lol
@@sammydray5919 Yeah tbh I don't mind the Soulpeircer loops probably cause I dabble in infernity as a pet deck from time to time lmao. Also yeah deck's lifespans are extremely inconsistent with spright getting hit to the point it's an engine basically and tearlaments still being playable somewhat as a standalone deck.
snake eyes cards are in the shop. linkuriboh, one for one and jet snychron being the only possible targets and they cause collateral damage. why kill labrynth when theres support coming out next pack and we need something to rival snake eyes. banlist is fine, would have liked piercer to 1 as the samurai hit but i dont see them much anyway.
Again yuhioh is a joke, this why I'm a casual, limit Nadir again cause other decks are using wtf, of course that's gonna happen. Greedy komoney hitting other decks that splash with snake eyes I'm smelling unchained getting hit cause of lAb, komoney better not.
Its so disgusting that "25 years" of experience and they are this useless when it comes to balance the game. Snake-eye and Lab are running wild and they nerf Kashtira even more? This company makes me sick.
Rainbow Magician is also pretty strong against other decks than SHS, either going second because only few decks end on set cards, or going first because combo decks like Dragon Link still play relatively few spell/traps and the ones they do play they'd much rather use than keep set.
The same goes for spell heavy decks like Branded: they would much rather _use_ the spells at its disposal than set them until they've outed the Rainbow Magician and being temporarily locked out of one of their in-engine spells might be enough to keep them from outing the floodgate.
Generally this card makes it easier to stop your plays since you're basically playing with one less card in the opening hand, so maybe you won't actually get to outing this floodgate until your opponent's next turn (when they might set up more floodgates, perhaps even draw two thanks to Morganite).
Lab needs to be hit. Big welcome to 1 and silver castle to 1. I've not seen any snake eyes at all playing ranked.
I'm surprised they didn't semi limit Masquerena , Baronne and or Promethean Princess. That would clearly make snake eyes so much worse.
If you played tcg you would know snake eye is better?, snake eye came out first on MD, why are you bringing up tcg
A bunch of people said snake eye would not be good without fire king on md. I said it would be. Tcg had access to diabellstar etc.. long before md.
