Preparing breakfast in the middle of the night | Smokey flavoured Egg Curry | Dinner with friends

- Somedays my sleep gets disturbed and i feel really tired. This was one such day when i woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep. I got up from the bed and started preparing breakfast.
Rice roti is our family fav roti and we can have it at any time of the day. The best combo to rice roti is sweet coconut milk. However here in Riyadh, we don't get as much coconut as we get in Kerala. hence the use is limited. The second fav combination to rice roti is any spicy curry, be it veg or non-veg, that's made in roasted coconut.
I have tried egg curry infused with smokey flavour and its delicious. Do try these and let me know if you loved it.
We had a dinner treat from our dear friends Shemin and Roshan. Forgot to mention in the video, Shemin is on instagram with id name chill_vibes_by_aishh . She is an amazing mom of two lovely children , Mehrin & Aiden. We had a wonderful night with them.

Hot water - 2 & 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tbsp

Eggs - 8 small
Onion - 2 large
Garlic - 10 cloves
Green chillies - 5 - 7
Salt
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
Roasted coconut - 2 tbsp

Fresh cream - 100 gm
Coconut powder - 3 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
( Instead of coconut powder, you can add 1 cup coconut milk or 1 cup curd )

I do clean toilets everyday .... thankgod i have tiny bathrooms 😁😁 ..... and moping the floor , it depends .... i uusually pick once a week to do that .... but if theres sandstorm , i do it the next day ☺️☺️ .... sweeping every alternate days or again that depends ....

Nowadays u don't use food processor to knead flour since u bought stand mixer. Would u still suggest food processor to knead flour? Coz I'm planning to buy food processor.
For kneading in large quantity i wud prefer stand mixer .... a food processor does other jobs that a stand mixer cant do .... slicing onion and chopping is all done by food processor ....
