It's a dream come true to finally see you "star" in your video, Kim! I have been hoping for the longest time to connect your visage to the beguiling and comforting voice that I have found refuge in for so long. Thank you! I hope that this is the beginning of new adventures for us all. FloridaFan

I really enjoyed that Kim. And as others said it’s just lovely to see your face presenting the material. It was so affirming my visualizations were overwhelmingly positive! It’s encouraging to me since I’ve been on a spiritual path for many years. The bear seemed very gentle and I wanted it to hold and hug me like a mother! What a wonderful way to view one’s challenges and problems. But I really do see all the challenges as gifts of love. It was fascinating to me that they were welcoming beings in this sort of crystal Grecian temple I saw and I wanted to go up and as I mounted the steps there were more and more and more steps. I knew at that point what that building symbolized and understood that my death is not near.I also loved that the window in the building was like a giant open unobstructed movie screen and I knew I could conjure whatever I wanted there. Thank you for this and I would love more exercises like this if you have any you’d like to share! Have a lovely day, Kim!

I saw a beautiful forest in the autumn with birch and elm type trees and a wide well worn path obscured with yellow and orange leaves. The golden sun was brightly shining through the canopy of yellow and orange trees into the path. A brown bear walks partly onto the path, stops and looks at me. I pause with caution. The bear slowly turns and goes a different way and I resume my walk with care. I see an antique brass key with a curled heart at the top. I clutch it in my hand as i walk on. I hear a stream to my left and walk over to a low cliff. I look down and see the moving water below. I jump the short distance down and skitter the rest of the way down. I see a bright red, heavy duty plastic cup abandoned by the bank. I pick it up and pop the key into it and bring it with me. I hop over a few stones to cross the stream and continue on through the woods. Through the clearing there is a harvested wheat field. The land is flat and there is a beautiful large house with columns in the front and a fountain and sculpted bushes. I walk up to the porch because I feel I belong there. I push the door open and inside is marble floor, a baby grand, and a curving staircase on either side. At the top is a window. I choose the right side of the staircase and at the top I gaze through the window. There are trees draping and somewhat framing the outside of the window with their branches and green lush leaves. More like summer. The sun is streaming in through the entryway windowpanes. The house is empty and quiet.

I imagined an ancient and creepy house inside. Don´t know what that might mean. Great exercise. Made me reflect.

Very cool, the thing about the house blew me away, for me it was very old, but very strong, I went in and looked out the window over a wheat field golden and ready to harvest, in the light of a very beautiful sunset

    Hi, Kim!
I am trying to locate a meditation, and I'm hoping that you could help me...
In 2014, I was separated from my ex-husband and going through a really tough time. I started listening to sleep meditations, and I found one that was extremely helpful. It is no longer on UA-cam and I cannot find it anywhere.
Kim...Your voice and your style of sleep meditation are similar to that meditation. I'm wondering if you might have any memory or any knowledge of the particular meditation that I'm looking for:
It's a woman's voice, and the title was something about sleep hypnosis for grief and depression. She had a very soothing voice.
One part of the meditation spoke about grief feeling like being in a little boat in the middle of the ocean during a storm. The voice urged us to hang on, even when we feel like giving up.
Another segment was a story about a man in a Chinese village whose son fell off a horse, and his injury prevented him from having to go to war. Throughout the story, the villagers assert that the recent events were either good luck or bad luck, and each time, the man responds, "Good luck? Bad luck? Who knows?"
Kim...does this meditation track sound familiar to you?
    Was it one of yours?
If not, do you remember this track?
I would love to find the creator...

This was an interesting experience. I'd never done anything like that before. My trust in your voice, that's been built over the last couple of years, allowed me to really just experience it without reservations. My body of water was the ocean and the view out the window was of being on a high cliff overlooking the ocean, could they be related?

Thank you so much for sharing your insight @Sea Siren. It is really interesting that those 2 are similar....it rings true with what I shared about Jung's teaching on those aspects. How beautiful 💙
