- This recording is my latest hypnosis session to help remedy insomnia. In this extended sleep meditation, I will guided you through 7 relaxing visualisations, body scans and hypnotic deepeners. Each will help you to release all anxiety and stress, so that you drift naturally into a deep and healing sleep. It also has a strong element of mindfulness practice, encouraging you to become more present in your everyday waking state. From my own personal and professional experience as a hypnotherapist, I have found mindfulness the most empowering practice in developing a kinder, wiser and more courageous approach to many of our daily challenges.

This was amazing.
I've been having nightmares for years, constantly, and have a fear of sleeping because of it. After falling asleep to this last night, I had a dream where I felt my father's love for me. He passed 10 years ago. It was a true message from him. There are no words to describe it.

This would literally be a dream come true. I have Multiple Sclerosis and one of the most common problems with sleep disorders associated with this disease and the most frustrating for me personally is the ridiculous fatigue during the day followed by the maddening insomnia at night.
