- This is a video showing the setup of our custom light walls for Harvest Church. We purchased the acrylic panels, wall building supplies, and black tape locally. The 3/16" 4X8 white acrylic panels part#219844 were purchased from Laird Plastics. The tape on the walls is Gaffer tape with a matte finish. We purchased the LED light strips from www.HitLights.com and the controllers we purchased from Zengge in China. You can buy these controller in the US as well.

So creative man. Great job.
Don’t get me wrong, what you did is very creative and I know first hand the amount of work, effort, and thought put into it. I just think if you were to spread them out it would be better visually
jesus will be thrilled to see badass led lights awaiting him rather than the symbol most christians currently wear...
Looks great, what was approximate cost of this setup?
country twang baby
Nice install but jeeesh, those WIFI controllers was a bad idea.
How much did the entire project cost?
it is not DMX .it is a SPI WI -FI controller
I would have done a cross shaped instead of those big things
So where's the update
Anybody not notice the fact that the panels together are about the same size of the stage? If I was there during worship I would be blinded and distracted by them. It would be very difficult to see the faces of the praise team even if you had the front light all the way up. I suggest figuring out a way to group the panels and spread them out across the stage, gives you more options for wave effects and color mixes.
Why would you use those rubbish WiFi controllers and an app instead of the industry standard DMX protocol?
The short answer is budget constraints. The house lighting is all dimmer. There is no DMX wiring to the stage. So once you factor in the new lighting board/software, wiring and install, and dmx splitters. The budget goes up quite a bit. But all this stuff is on the wish list.
