To sleep head right when you enter the bunker, the dorm is above the doctor. Also you heal your HP when you sleep, so you only need to pay for wounds to the doctor.

In the current version of the game enemies sometimes get stuck inside walls, they can still attack you, but in most cases you can't hit them, so you gotta pay attention to the sound, especially in cramped spaces, at 7:55 it seems like you got hit by a ghoul stuck in the house.
Also, the longer it takes you to get to an airdrop (plane sound and an orange circle on the map) the less loot it'll have, if you take too long it'll be empty. It's always protected, though, so if you do go after it, approach carefully.
