    That the black body radiation of the surrounding has an appreciable AC stark shift is the most unexpected news to me

      You do realise he is a nobel prize winner. Its not how complicated it is, but is application. Most topics in India has no real life purpose.

      I've met indian students....they don't seem to know more than anyone else and I live in Europe. And btw this is bachelors level so it's obviously basic...or is that too difficult for you to understand?
