With the leg issue I had to hot water cold water her right leg.... it was kinda bowed out. I know that helped me out with her. I love this figure. My premier version of her toy wise. Mafex crushes once again.
This one looks great if you want the teenage ITSV look but I prefer the Revoltech overall. That one just looks meaner and more threatening to me. But the Revoltech is definitely more adult looking and wont really fit with young Miles. I went with Revoltech Gwen and Mafex adult Miles and they look great together. The Revoltech headsculpt is terrible though. I wouldnt ever use it anyway but if thats important to you go with Mafex haha.
Mine has just been shipped and I hope the legs aren't as fragile my Miles figure. The only other minus is the lack of web pattern inside her hood yet they did add it to her arms. I don't know how they missed that when the Marvel Legends figure includes it.
Btw D Amazing just watched your Conan Mezco review it was awesome, thanks for touching on how to swap the loincloth pieces. Makes me feel a lot less anxious about attempting it.
One thing that would have made this release better would have been making the faces swappable instead of having two separate hair pieces. That way we could have had the two hair cuts (before and after shaving)
Wow!!! She is small!!!! love the texture on the suit, but, I'm gonna stick with my Marvel Legends Gwen. Great Figure, But, Way too expensive for me...That's Life!!!! Enjoyed your Review, as usual, really showed off the figure!!! Thanks again!!! Peace!!!!
I just got this figure in the mail and my butterfly shoulder join (where you saw a line) stretched too far. It was already sort of like that out of the package. The reason being, that butterfly joint there is made of two pieces with an odd mechanism on the inside keeping it together. The shoulder itself cannot articulate up or down either. I tried fixing it with no luck. I can still pose her and she still looks AWESOME, but it's just a bummer that I have some handicaps with it.
This looks pretty good but after being disappointed with the Miles figure, I'm going to wait for Sen-Ti-Nel to have their go at it and buy that one instead. Also, I feel like her codename should be Spider-Woman, given that this is what she calls herself in the movie
We have the Sentinel Peni Parker and SP//dr to come before that, which looks to be a winner, from the prototype pics. A sentinel Spider-Gwen can wait, as this is good enough and still better than the Mafex Miles.
@@jaredberrones9066 i have both. while I love the soft goods, magnetic feet and partly unmasked head, the articulation is a bit limited compared to that of the Sen-Ti-Nel. The Mafex version also feels like it could break at any time, and the silver wash on the webs feels sloppy compared to the slightly raised webs of the Sen-Ti-Nel. There's also the finish on it which is matte vs the shiny finish of the Mafex, the extra blue line around Miles's lenses the Sen-Ti-Nel has that the Mafex lacks, and Miles's skin tone is more accurate as well. However, I like the Mafex body proportions a lot more. I feel that the Sen-Ti-Nel makes him too muscular/bulky compared to the lanky body Miles has in the movie. This does mean that the Mafex one has to have tinier joints to be accurate, while the Sen-Ti-Nel has to give him rather wide hips in order for the legs to move so well. The hands on the Sen-Ti-Nel also lack any hinges, so for someone like me who loves to focus on subtle movement, that was a huge deal. You really have to pick and choose.
@@vgamer11 The Sentinel also has articulation limitations, with no swivel at the wrists and the plastic jacket limiting upper arm movement. The masked head on the Mafex is more accurately shaped, but the unmasked face is more accurate on the Sentinel. My perfect 1/12 Miles: The Sentinel figure and headphones, wearing the Mafex Jacket and shorts (Yes the do fit), kicking it in the officially licensed to Mafex, Nike Air Jordan 1's taken from the figure of the man himself, which is sitting on my window sill at this moment.
@@cookedit ah, i actually forgot to mention the jacket! I did mention the wrists though. I'm personally also giving the Sen-Ti-Nel the Mafex clothes, but i don't have a Jordan figure so can't give him the sneakers.
Awesome review as always, but the photos at the end were super 🔥🔥🔥. Can't wait to get my figure delivered. Ques: Where did you get Gwen's backpack? I'm guessing the same one used for your Mafex Catwoman, but not sure.
Your photos make it look great but given the tininess of it and the price point, I remain deliriously happy with the Marvel Legends version. I have three of those plus the older Absorbing Man wave one (which hasn't aged well, as you mention), and I think until Mezco gives us a Spider-Gwen I'm good with those.
Personally I LOVE her being Ghost-Spider. They Should give Miles a code name too. It's annoying having people either just refer to him as Miles, or as Spider-man. Peter is Spider-man in the 616 so unless they take Miles and ship him back to the Ultimates universe he needs a damn codename lol.
D just rolling out these Mafex reviews for our benefit like they are coming off a conveyor belt.

I thought the bowed right leg was an isolated case. Mine also has a bowed right leg and I even thought my Gwen have both left legs.
@@kim.mo-mi It is odd my dude. Very strange indeed.
Mah boy just casually pulled the Retro Carded Sandman like no biggie. Love your vids !

Dope review, can't wait for my AmiAmi order to ship
Great video, curious is the backpack you have on her at the end custom? looks great
Figure looks Amazing!
These webs are amazing! Where did you get those? And backpack!
Been waiting for this release. She looks absolutely perfect. Awesome review D! 🔥 💯
Great video and vibes, she looks gorgeous. Might have to pair her with my sentinel Miles.
Damn good view too my friend.
Even is late I just order this figure ❤ I really Like your reviews. The best is the ending of your videos.
Really happy I went ahead and bought the Revoltech. This ones cool too though
That figure is uncanny. I should probably get into Mafex soon
Looking good🤩💯

Yo man, is that custom mafex spiderman head based on the 90's animated series?
Nice
I love the way Mafex look but good lord are they small. I will ask if you have any recommendations for dioramas, yours always look great.
Most of there figures are actually about marvel legends size, the spiderverse line however is small
Does the mafex or the sentinel miles fit nicely with the revoltech gwen?
Cant wait for the mafex symbiote spidey coming next year. I know its gonna be super dope. And this review is cool too!
Broo where is your background from?!

What disappointed you about the Miles figure? Been debating getting him or the sentinel one. Do you have the sentinel miles?

Do they break easily though because they’re flimsy or something like that
Where does everyone get those webs from
😄😁Tee hee at 15:20 for jake, I mean break; but that head does go well on a marvel legend movie mysterio body.
Marvel needs to seriously think about cutting down the number of Spider people running around.
I mean really there's just like 5 spider-women
Mafex Peter Is *chef's kiss* so glad I got him , I'll be getting the Sentinel Miles & definitely the Mafex Gwen too 👀🔥
They are the 4 I have and they look so good together
La mochila de la miniatura es custom ?
has uno de deadpool y ikaris
Peter Porker is so cute~!!!

Wondering if i should just wait for sentinels version
Yeah I'm in on Sentinel but this one looks like it blends in just fine since it doesn't have any cloth clothing.
@@arickle agree
Here's a character who deserves her own game. I would consider buying a PS5 just for that.💕🤣
They got to make mafex spider noir and a better ham
Can you review fat thor marvel legends infinity saga
