I truly believe 75HARD is the greatest thing a person can do for themselves. Love that you crushed this and that you are inspiring others to do the same!
On day 20 currently and I feel like a bada**!!! Highly underestimated the mental impact this would have! Physical changes are happening but the mental changes 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I keep failing because I simply cannot work out 2 times a day, especially when I’m charge nurse for 3 12-hr shifts per week. Too exhausting. Anyway. I have committed to 1-hr work out daily, & sticking to low carb diet.
I want to start this so bad and i have for over a month now but i live in Canada and it’s sooo cold! 😅 I might just suck it up, plan and start this week!
I could never do it. So I’m doing 75 light ☺️. Which for je is 45 minutes of exercise a day. More water. Cleaned eating. Getting up earlier. Reading and meditating. I actually hope I can keep this up for a lot longer than 75 says. I am nearing 50 and I really feel like I need to make fundamental changes.
That’s actually awesome too. That would be a great stepping stone for people who might find the 75 Hard extreme but want to commit themselves to improvements.
thank you Katie for providing a realistic and healthy approach to challenges like this. I love how much you advocate for self-love at any size and don't view 'health' as one set number. You're amazing ❤
This is so great--I have tried the challenge a million times before, but I kept trying to change too much instead of really just focusing on the commitments of the challenge. Your videos have inspired me to start again!
I was so excited about this challenge after your video that I forgot for a few minutes that I am 8 month pregnant 😂😂😂 But definitely gonna do it after postpartum recovery 💪 Thank you for inspiration ❤❤❤
I'm starting today. I already know the hardest thing for me will be the reading and the second outdoor work out. For almost 2 months I have built a routine of going to gym 4-6times a week. So I think getting to 7 isn't too much of a stretch. But I'm usually a homebody and going back out is not my norm so this will push me to get out more. The reading isn't so much that I don't like it, it's that I normally listen to audio books while doing something else. Sitting down to only read will be interesting 😅
I am currently doing this challenge and in the last 10 days.. It has been challenging on so manny levels :) Bug glad I did this & I am going to do it again after a 10-15 days break..
Super inspiring! I think where I am now, I'm a bit intimidated by the full on 75 hard challenge, but it has motivated me to take on the 75 soft with some personalized added challenges that are specific to what improvements I want to make... oh well, I always need to "tailor" everything and anything to my needs, but this has been a huge motivational push for me to get on it with full commitment! Hope you have a lovely wedding and honeymoon! Must be even sweeter after completing the challenge :)
Gi Katie, Thank you for sharing your journey and experience this challenge. 🙏 I have modified this challenge slightly and will be starting on 17.07.23.
I'm starting tomorrow. Sunday August 6th 2023. Been watching a ton of 75hard experience vids so just wanted to comment to help your channel. Congrats on the wedding. My wife and I got married on May 20th this year🎉
I'm fairly active, I would say I exercise now about 70% of the amount in the challenge. My concerns are losing too much weight and the diet. But this really intrigues me. Living in Finland right now is the best time to do it, and not wait until winter. I also read about the 75 soft, I might do that first, to see how it goes. And the most wonderful wedding ❤
Searched 75 hard to watch while I write my bullet journal to start my 75 hard challenge (to hear people experiences) and you came up… Absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to start
I did it once and lost my covid beer belly. I have kept the weight off🎉 but I don't feel as clear minded or as healthy now. Starting my 2nd time now and like you😊feel like I need to reset again.
I have been watching your videos for a while and realized I hadn’t subscribed yet. I was talking to my daughter the other day and was like oh hey the gal I watch on UA-cam is getting married this month lol😂. Wishing you blessings for your wedding day and your marriage my dear.
Do you have to have at least one high intensity workout? And does walking count as a workout? I have health conditions taht makes high intensity really hard..
Love this video but the only thing I didn’t agree with especially since I am 2 days post successfully completing 75HARD is no self-deprecating humor. No ma’am! That doesn’t help anyone. Be and remain positive and to your other point YES! You never know who you will inspire stay positive and true to loving yourself. Even if it’s humor our words have power.
Thanks for sharing your journey…this was very helpful to see. And you seem very honest and realistic with what to expect. My husband and I are definitely going to start the 75 Hard Challenge in about a week after our vacation. I would love to try that magnesium powder, so really appreciate you sharing the information! Not sure if the giveaway is still going for that, but if so, I’d love to be a part of it. Either way, good for you trying to make others feel ready to take action. I hope your wedding and honeymoon was incredible!
thanks for the video first :) I could never do 75 hard. I willing to try some day 75 soft. Is more possible to me do it, but still it looks very hard. Especial food part. Food is my weakness. Even it is very important. Nice to see your achievements.
Sadly it might not be possible to fit 2x 45mins in my day because of my working hours and the time it takes me to drive to my workplace. Thinking about modifying the challenge a bit to 2x 30mins. Because I really want a challenge bit not one that would be barely doable for me. 🤔 thank you for that motovation and great advices for this kind of challenge. ♥️
Hi Katie! What an accomplishment to finish 75 Hard, and just in time for your wedding too! How exciting! You have really motivated myself, and I’m sure many others to get excited for a challenge, and really stick with it, even if it’s not your first attempt. I really was hoping that you would share not only your struggles, but your tips, and your experience with all of us about doing this 75 Hard. I don’t sleep well, and I can’t seen to stay asleep most nights, nights are usually long for me, so the magnesium powder would be something I’d love to try. Good sleep helps to lower your cortisol, which in turn would help me achieve my fitness goals better. Thank you for being so giving. If I do get chosen to win this magnesium supplement, you can get a hold of me through this post. Congratulations again!!! ❤❤😊😊
I was inspired by you and started the challenge on May 27. A few days ago I shifted to the “soft” version. I am disappointed but look forward to trying the “hard” version again soon. Thanks for the inspiration and would love to try the magnesium.
Thank you for sharing, Katie. I didn't do that previously, but your vide get my internal motivation increase again : ) perhaps that's why I found this video by chance. Happy wedding day, and beautiful life together!
Hi Katie I’m currently doing the 75 hard too and your video just came to the right time! Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience and insight! Would love to win the magnesium powder since it doesn’t ship to my home country and you just made me curious to try it out.
Congratulations on the 75 Hard and getting married! I have thought about doing this challenge, and I think it is doable. Your approach and advice are super helpful. I will have to try the magnesium you are recommending.
Loved your videos about 75hard! Thank you for sharing all elements and viewpoints! I am currently doing whole30 but this was actually very motivating for me as I am starting to get societal pushback as well for abstaining from alcohol. Also, I’d love to try the magnesium powder! That sounds like a dream, and I’m always craving something semi-sweet like that before bed 😅
Day 31 of 75. feel clearer and motivated, but scale isn't budging. Teetering between the 2-3 lbs. Something tells me I am overdoing my workouts. I lift weights,, but could be over doing cardio. Any advice?? would love to see results like you.. my starting weight is 131.. my goal is between 112-118.
I'm on day 54 of 75 Hard and I think the hardest time for me was around day 40-45. I just wanted to quit EVERY DAY! But I also knew I wouldn't quit. So it was a very strange emotional rollercoaster 🤣🤣 I am also doing a WFPB diet so it's nice to see someone else doing that :) My next hurdle will be my partner's birthday dinner! And then it's all downhill to day 75. Have a lovely wedding and honeymoon!
Hey Katie, I am currently doing the "75HARD" ish... the only thing that scares me is the water intake, apparently it's super Unhealthy to drink too much water and I am afraid something might happen to one of my organs when I drink too much water 😭 I am on day 5 and I drink 3 liters each day.
Absolutely! :) I use this one: www.amazon.com/dp/B07NK8LBPC?linkCode=ssc&tag=onamzkatiecal-20&creativeASIN=B07NK8LBPC&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.AICAIWA5J3AA&ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_d_asin
Nope, there isn’t. If you miss one thing even one time, you have to start over. That’s the whole point of the challenge travel, sickness, weather, schedules, family emergencies - it doesn’t matter.
Omg now I just got so excited to start this challenge! I’ve been in a weight loss journey lately, and I feel this challenge can help me a lot. Btw if you still giving away on of your magnesium, I’d love to try it! ✨
Im in day 7 and I find that the hardest has been the water and reading. I also had a two day moving day before I started the challenge and my body was so sore already and I feel I haven’t catched up with rest 😩 having said that, my skin is already looking amazing! Glowing, and I am able to just plop into bed at night, even after my night time jujitsu training.
"75 Hard" is not just for 75 days. It's a one year program meant to change your life. Most people just do the initial stage of the 75 hard, they don't even attempt the phase 1, 2, or 3. All of which to be completed before the end of the year!
I think that the hardest part of this challenge for me (when I tried last January to complete it) is the lack of support😢 I kinda felt oppressed by the social situations and I was so wrong to never reach out to my friends and family! For everyone trying this for the first time, ASK AND SEARCH FOR SUPPORT if you need it (this doesn't apply on this challenge only but to every struggle in life!)❤ DON'T BE SCARED OF REJECTION WHEN REACHING OUT!❤
Lol not me having done 75 hard in the PNW in November/December/January where it rains everyday haha. Rainy days are better than snow and ice conditions for sure 😂
You don't have to do any hard hitting exercises. Even a walk counts as exercise. It depends on your physical level too but you can easily go on a walk and do some light exercise twice a day
I walk for 45 minutes in the morning and then do weights or swim laps in the afternoon. It’s just fine to be honest. Now if you were pushing yourself to your limits in every workout, that would probably not be healthy and you would most certainly fail the challenge. The challenge is sooo scaleable and works for anyone of any skill level
I really want to try this challenge! I'm planning on starting on August 1st so I can be done in time for Halloween. I haven't quite figured out a diet yet, although I'm leaning towards Mediterranean. If I win the magnesium, you can reply to me here. I really appreciate your channel , and I look forward to watching it every week. :)
If they really wanted this challenge to be hard they should've added *Make your bed everyday" that's what separates the mice from the men 😂😂😂 go girl! I'm on my day 5.
I’m so glad I came across your channel. I’ve recently been under a lot of intense stress, which has lead to a lot of anxiety and loosing focus of my goals. Your videos have helped motivate me in realizing I need to realign and refocus. Thank you! 🩷
A bmi of 18.4 is *juuuuust* underweight but I'm sure you're healthy as it sounds like you were conscious of that! Congrats on your hard work and results plus the wedding!
I find the question about weather funny… it’s a mental toughness program. Mental toughness is about overcoming adversity. If it’s raining.. who cares! It’s water. 🤣 walking in the rain is actually very therapeutic. If rain is too much adversity for you, then you need 75 hard even more than you think you do lol.
appreciate the disclaimer in the beginning and also hearing your experiences with this journey!! your focus and commitment is inspiring!!✨ count me in for the giveaway - thanks!
Monday is 75 days to my wedding so I will be starting then! Prepping for it this weekend. Your week one video got me interested and now I’m definitely motivated! The outdoor workout will be the hardest for me. I live in southern Oklahoma and next week’s temperatures are in the 100’s 😅 Lots of sunset workouts for me! I’d love some salted chocolate magnesium to end the day with 😉 lauren.amber4 Happy wedding! I hope it was even more than you dreamed of! ❤
I’m on Day 4 of 75 Hard and my body is BLOATED! 😂 I’m glad I found your video-it’s encouraging and exactly what I needed to know. Count me in for the giveaway ☺️
Why drink a gallon of water? It's not beneficial for your health at all and can even be bad for some people. Two training every single day, without a rest day - rest is one of the most important element of exercise, muscles need time to repair. And author of this stupid challenge even says if you do all of this, but drink 3,5 l instead 3,8 l of water you cheat and you are also loser in general?!
Congratulation on completing your 75HARD and your wedding!! I'm really curious about it!! Could you talk about yr scale?? Please. @Ladybugsplanneradventure
New to your channel just subscribed I love that you did this on a plant based diet and that’s amazing! I’m gearing myself up to start this challenge as well and can’t wait to binge your videos during my 45 min cardio lol @olliethemonkey
I usually watch your acnh videos & had no idea you had another channel 😭 I just have to say that I wish I was part of your friend circle lol. Thank you for an inspiring & most importantly, REAL review & advice. I’m definitely looking forward to doing this! Count me in for the magnesium giveaway! 🎉 @diamondliketherock
you helped inspire me to do my own 75 hard journey and I’m on day 61!
Great job! Im only on Day 16, how did it go?
I truly believe 75HARD is the greatest thing a person can do for themselves. Love that you crushed this and that you are inspiring others to do the same!

Try 75 Soft challenge instead. The rules are a little more flexible but still a challenge never the less!
I would totally consider your job as hours of cardio! Any work out after that, I would consider it as the second one for 75 hard. ❤
I would consider walking a hospital for hours exercise😂 I'm not sure about the outdoors part but you definitely doing more then 90mins of exercise
Watching this late but my work and I are are starting this Sept. 30th!! I need it more for mental grit and to kick bad habits to the curb!!
I want to start this so bad and i have for over a month now but i live in Canada and it’s sooo cold! 😅 I might just suck it up, plan and start this week!

I am on day 8, down 5 pounds, the 2 a days are great. I am in a groove now and I feel great… keep going!
This is so great--I have tried the challenge a million times before, but I kept trying to change too much instead of really just focusing on the commitments of the challenge. Your videos have inspired me to start again!
I was so excited about this challenge after your video that I forgot for a few minutes that I am 8 month pregnant 😂😂😂
But definitely gonna do it after postpartum recovery 💪
Thank you for inspiration ❤❤❤
😂
I literally laughed out loud in the silent part of the library when you said “we did it Joe” haha!
I'm starting today. I already know the hardest thing for me will be the reading and the second outdoor work out. For almost 2 months I have built a routine of going to gym 4-6times a week. “Both bodies are beautiful, both bodies are mine” ! 💎
love hearing you talk about this and the disclaimer is very kind and appreciated

Gi Katie, Thank you for sharing your journey and experience this challenge. 🙏 I have modified this challenge slightly and will be starting on 17.07.23.
I never thought I would be motivated to do 75HARD but I'm starting Monday!!
Hey Katie, how did you deal with period cramps, energy dumps, etc.?
I'm starting tomorrow. Sunday August 6th 2023. Been watching a ton of 75hard experience vids so just wanted to comment to help your channel. Congrats on the wedding. My wife and I got married on May 20th this year🎉
He has a whole full year program. This is the first phase. 75 day hard is the first phase.
Did not know that!!
I'm fairly active, I would say I exercise now about 70% of the amount in the challenge. My concerns are losing too much weight and the diet. But this really intrigues me. Thx for the weekly planner
Congratulations on your wedding 🌹

How did your 75 hard go? Hope it went well 🙌🏾
This topic about feeling guilty and selfish to spend so much time by yourself would be soooo interesting. I just feel bad sometimes ...
Congrats! Have a great time in Nashville!
thanks for the video first :) I could never do 75 hard. I willing to try some day 75 soft. Is more possible to me do it, but still it looks very hard. Especial food part. Food is my weakness. Even it is very important. Nice to see your achievements.

How funny that, I was looking for results of this challenge, to find this video in feed!!!!
Thank you for sharing, Katie. I didn't do that previously, but your vide get my internal motivation increase again : ) perhaps that's why I found this video by chance. Happy wedding day, and beautiful life together!
I want to do the challenge. Thank you for taking me on this journey with you!
That was amazing!
my question is: do you work out during the monthly cycle ??
Hi Katie I’m currently doing the 75 hard too and your video just came to the right time! Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience and insight! Would love to win the magnesium powder since it doesn’t ship to my home country and you just made me curious to try it out.
Hi Katie! I’m interested in the magnesium!
AMAZING results!
Congratulations on the 75 Hard and getting married! I have thought about doing this challenge, and I think it is doable. Your approach and advice are super helpful. I will have to try the magnesium you are recommending.
P.S all the best and congratulations on the wedding to you both!
I just found yoy! What a great video and that magnesium sounds amazing!
I am Day 6 into the challenge. Thank you for this information! I would love to win the magnesium if it's still available 🎉
That magnesium would be so helpful for me as I navigate a new routine in my health journey. Email works great for me!
Thanks for this encouragement! I start 1/1/24!
How did it go?
Hey Katie, I am currently doing the "75HARD" ish... the only thing that scares me is the water intake, apparently it's super Unhealthy to drink too much water and I am afraid something might happen to one of my organs when I drink too much water 😭 I am on day 5 and I drink 3 liters each day.
Well done Katie , I hope you had an amazing wedding with Kyle 💙 such an inspirational lady, thank you
Hi Katie, I'm in OC. Can you link the body scale you use?
Absolutely! :) I use this one: www.amazon.com/dp/B07NK8LBPC?linkCode=ssc&tag=onamzkatiecal-20&creativeASIN=B07NK8LBPC&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.AICAIWA5J3AA&ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_d_asin
Were you able to check every box 75 consecutive days, or did you have any restarts? Surely there is room for some deviation like travel. 24:26
Nope, there isn’t. If you miss one thing even one time, you have to start over. That’s the whole point of the challenge travel, sickness, weather, schedules, family emergencies - it doesn’t matter.
Thank you for sharing!
starting tomorrow!:)
by chance do you have a link for the magnesium?
Outdoor workouts can be under a covered porch or at the park under a gazebo.
Omg now I just got so excited to start this challenge! I’ve been in a weight loss journey lately, and I feel this challenge can help me a lot. Btw if you still giving away on of your magnesium, I’d love to try it! ✨
I have a question, how do you handle a rainy day? Like what exercises would you do outside?
Walking
Is the giveaway worldwide?
It is!!!
@@Katie.Callaway Awesome! Then count me in!!
Wow what an inspiration! I really want to try that 75 hard! ❤

Hi Katie, Thank you so much for sharing. I am going to start the 75 day challenge now. I wish you a beautiful wedding day. All the best. Karmel J
Omg HOWWWW - I'm so impressed!!! Thankfully only a few rainy days were my hiccup but a PNW winter has gotta be brutal for those outdoor exercises!
Is it okay to do the exercise twice a day without any breaks? Is it good for body..coz almost there's no recovery?
You don't have to do any hard hitting exercises. Even a walk counts as exercise. It depends on your physical level too but you can easily go on a walk and do some light exercise twice a day
keep one intense and the other light, u r good to go
I walk for 45 minutes in the morning and then do weights or swim laps in the afternoon.
It’s just fine to be honest.
Now if you were pushing yourself to your limits in every workout, that would probably not be healthy and you would most certainly fail the challenge.
The challenge is sooo scaleable and works for anyone of any skill level

can I do I soft 75? Does that count still? I just don’t have the willpower or drive that you have
You can do it but it doesn’t count as 75 Hard.
Like 75% its Powerful .For example 750 Numbers out of 1000 Good Grade?
I just found your channel, thank you for the motivation and advice! Would love to be entered into the giveaway!
A bmi of 18.4 is *juuuuust* underweight but I'm sure you're healthy as it sounds like you were conscious of that! Congrats on your hard work and results plus the wedding!

appreciate the disclaimer in the beginning and also hearing your experiences with this journey!! your focus and commitment is inspiring!!✨
count me in for the giveaway - thanks!
I’m most scared of the water. Three kids in I drink a gallon of water i will be at risk of pissibg my pants 24/7 if I sneeze 😂
It is impossible for me to do 2 45 min workouts a day because of work , but I can do 45 min a day
Yes walk in the rain. Get those boots on.
I am starting total 66 evolution challenge
"Well, I mean, a little bit" 💀
Ikr 😂😅
I want to win!!
There are two reasons I would never do this - all that water and having to take a pic daily. The other stuff I would be fine with for a while.
I’d love some salted chocolate magnesium to end the day with 😉 lauren.amber4
Happy wedding! I hope it was even more than you dreamed of! ❤
I’m on Day 4 of 75 Hard and my body is BLOATED! 😂 I’m glad I found your video-it’s encouraging and exactly what I needed to know.
Count me in for the giveaway ☺️
I have those same panties! Haha great job 🙂❤
You say you 'never went underweight' but that BMI is literally underweight girl.
Congratulation on completing your 75HARD and your wedding!! I'm really curious about it!! Could you talk about yr scale?? Please. @Ladybugsplanneradventure

I love that you did this on a plant based diet and that’s amazing! I’m gearing myself up to start this challenge as well and can’t wait to binge your videos during my 45 min cardio lol
