What you did with that chicken was simply amazing from the way you deboned it to the final product was just memorizing and it looked delicious!!! Me and the men and woman working here in East Palestine Ohio would love to extend in invite and ask you to come out here and cook us a meal. A lot of us have been out here for the past 8 months working around the clock to try and get this community back up and running to the way it was. But to have you come here and to be able to forget about being here and away from our families for just one night would do more than I could ever say. I try to do everything that I can in order to make things better out here for the guys and girls that are here and I do try to give these guys the best meal that I can muster out here with what I have to work with and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But I thought it would be worth a try in order to do something really special for them. Thank you for everything you do on your page and thank you for helping me forget about work for a few min you always make my mouth water.

When I was in meat cutting school in 83 we deboned chickens without cutting the skin. Basically turned them inside out... would be great for this recipe.
So happy I don't have to worry about duplicate accounts, like on Tik Tok. So many people saving and reposting his videos as theirs.
I have never deboned the entire chicken. But I have deboned and stuffed many a chicken leg, super easy. Boudin stuffed chicken legs, stuffing stuffed chicken legs. Hell, I stuffed cheese/pepper stuffed chicken legs inside of bigger chicken legs.
Best to use a chicken quarter, cut the thigh away without cutting the thigh skin, de-bone the leg and then use all that skin to wrap up whatever you stuffed in it. Or just leave the stuffing open to the air to toast in the oven.
