The BBC have a video of an eye witness saying the attacker was on the roof for several minutes before opening fire, and that they alerted the police to his whereabouts. How can he have stayed up there so long unchallenged?
There was another interview circulating (I can't remember which news outlet) where the guy who told the police officer made it sound it like it was less than a few minutes between him saying it to the shots going off. Pretty much immediately.

They were told by two different people in the crowd that the guy was crawling up the side of the building. And seen on the building. They ignore it. Till he shot. The picture you see is the shooter dead after the secret service killed him
The man stated that the shooter was 200-300 yards away. If you can see the podium and have a clear unobstructed shot from any nearby building, then a member of the security detail should have been on that freaking building. This is unacceptable! Secret Service FAILED!!!

Because this photo shows another Secret Service man in a perimeter position, hiding. They say the shooter was elevated, yet the Secret Service sniper pointed his rifle DOWNWARD to shoot. Something hinkey went on, just like in the Kennedy assisination.

I've seen several witnesses interviewed say they saw this shooter and were trying to get law enforcement to react for several minutes before the shots rang out.

I worked at a restaurant and Obama was not even the president and they checked everything for 2 days! It was so annoying!
@@javiruiz8365 Years ago I worked for a major hotel chain and we had Princess Anne (I live in Canada BTW) coming for a luncheon. The hotel had to give a list to the RCMP of all of the staff who would be working that day and security checks were done on everyone. Those of us working that day had to have sessions in protocol (mostly just we don't talk to her, unless she talks to us, we talk to her lady in waiting. etc etc etc..) The place was surrounded! I had to show my name badge and it was checked off on a list to make sure I was supposed to be there! And I was comimg in 3 hours before she was even scheduled to be there! The security at every door, even leading to the kitchen, made it difficult to get around while serving. It was crazy!

Forgive me if I’m somewhat skeptical of this situation. Secret Service is supposed have every inch covered regardless of who they are covering. So I find it hard to believe this guy was able to set up shop, fire 5 shots, graze his target before being taken out?

A witness noticed and told a nearby officer, according to another news reporter who interviewed the witness.
I think the shooting happened just minutes after he was spotted.
A witness saw him before he started shooting and told the police but they ignored him.
Witness was wearing a red maga hat so they didn't take him serious.

He said the law enforcement officer just ignored him & turned and walked away!!! WHAT'S wrong with this picture??? I saw the witness.. he had red hair & a cap on. What else could he do? What I find remarkable is that no one from the Secret Service or the police were monitoring this elevated position with a clear line of sight to the podium. Some spectators noticed the gunman crawling up the building and taking a position on the roof and pointed this out to the police, who apparently did nothing But run around in confusion. It seems tremendous breakdown in security arrangements that could easily have been prevented. This is farm country! A Barn sticks out of the landscape like a sore thumb!
