This is one of the best OBD scanner tool that I had before.
Highly recommend it.

Btw, the actions through team viewer have been recorded showing the machine will not play live data back after i recorded it at the "time" of the recording, NOT the past recording that were lost to clearing the cache.. for some reason ,they just dont get it.. i thinks its because they dont know what they are doing. Ill try here,looking for corporate number as well..

Eric, can you comment on the difference between the companies known as Thinkcars, ThinkcarsUS, and Kingbolen and their efforts to sell a similar device called Thinktool Pros? I ask because their websites mention that they don't honor warranties for tools purchased outside their own dealer chain. But there's little clarity on who's in the dealer chain.
And what about users manuals in English? I watched a UA-cam video where the Thinktool Pros was used to do extensive bleeding and calibration of Toyota ABS systems, but there is almost nothing in the users manual about ABS bleeding. Asked differently, where is the documentation for how to use this sophisticated tool?
I was wondering how much memory they have and how much storage they have. Can't find specs for thinktools pro. I have launch torque anytime it does update there is no room!! $1,700 and has storage problems

AutoAuth will register Amazon purchased units? I ask because they won't register Autels not purchased from USA dealers.
Edit: after seeing comments about some models not working correctly in the US, I'll pass. I'm tired of the "Surprise! That option doesn't work!" of these scanners anymore.

CAUTION - BE VERY CAREFUL.
I purchased, what I thought was this Scanner on eBay.
Recieved a small matchbox size item.
When questioned was told I am wrong. (Start of PROBLEM).
Then on use, found my GM V6 Car is not on their List despite being in their advertisments?
All attempts at Tech Support have turned to NOTHING.
Think car are the most decietful crooks I have ever delt with.
Is time to let that car go☠☠☠
If you are looking yo buy this tool for online programming in the USA don’t buy this tool I was told that it won’t work, thinktool or Thinkcar customer service is a joke, I got this tool and it won’t do any European cars programming, and yes customer service just told me that it won’t work in the USA🤦♂️
Hello Romero, We guess you use the one is Thinktool pros+? Yes if you ask the programming features about the pros+, it not support the online programming features for USA/Spain IP as your local law.
But thinktool pro/pros/pros+ works well when you do common ECU coding or other features.
I wish that your company say something to me about that before I did the purchase
