I thought I had an opening, and moved in, he dodged it low, deflected the follow up behind his head, and whipped his foil to hit me on the back of the shoulder where I had no hope of defending! I was blown away by it, it was so awesome.
I was almost going to comment that that was just a header and a nice goal but no where near the same level of the most of the others in the video - then the slo-mo showed just how high he jumped for that play. Some impressive vertical, so be sure!

Baseball catches were decent but were nothing in comparison to some of the insane catches taken in cricket matches purely because cricket players don't wear massive gloves (except for a wicket keeper) and still take exceptional catches.

There really isn't such a thing as a light head kick unless you're intentionally holding back. Even the most half assed kick has the potential to rattle you and he definitely had leverage. There's a reason people are kicking doors down and not punching doors down. Average kick is delivering 3 to 5x the force on average.
I take that it was a good powerful kick; I just wanted to also mention that (clearly) I have no experience of mixed martial arts or karate or anything remotely related so I’m not a good judge on the kicks. Just my non professional opinion of what I saw.
