The truth is that it is not the index to thumb roll, one after another but a single roll that transfers the knife from finger roll thumb roll without grabbing the handle between the two. a transfer if you will... I have been flipping since the 90s, have had BMs in my collection, and can do pretty much every trick fluently enough to combo them but i still drop it a lot... I just find it funny that the whole hobby has been sensationalized by people who dont take the time to actually know and see the knife and the tricks for what they are. They just want more money, influence, and exposure. and the ignorance then grows... just look at how the Philippians took the knife as their own and how taboo the hobby has been along its life time. most people who flip are not concerned with trivia or the correctness of terminology...
@@MeshuggahDave. preach man, I used to have an Instagram account in hopes people would recognize my good flipping and I'd get "popular" but I deleted it a while ago after realizing this hobby is actually for myself and notoriety doesn't matter, interestingly enough after flipping solely for myself my flipping has gotten insanely better.
