These days people have a problem of just listening and get inspired in those moments but do not take conscious action. The reality is Procrastination! Any ones opinion doesn't matter until one takes the charge of ones life. Just do it, but with laser focus. Then you'll find the change, progress.
You are 100% correct Vijay . I see lots of people read inspiring lines on whatsapp or FB and they reshare and just forget without taking any action. The bottom line is you don't value whatever comes to you free of cost. The results are visible only when you intentionally spend some time or put some effort.

Thank you so much for this video. I always have a hard time with change, especially work-related; because despite knowing that I’m a hard-working person, I struggle with deadlines. I can deliver the results, but I’m a perfectionist and this has me pulling many all-nighters in a row or not socializing for periods of time. I’m afraid that if I commit to a project, I won’t be able to manage it properly and maintain a good work-life balance; and in this fear I’ve let many good opportunities slide.
These days I’ve had a couple work proposals and, with all the jitters I’m having, I’m saying “yes” because I know there’re big rewards on the other side. I‘ve subscribed to your videos and am saving this one to my “Watch later” list so I can replay it as many times I need as a reminder that I’m capable of handling these challenges and more.
You’re an awesome person and an inspiration to me and others, please keep up with the excellent work!!! ❤️

I think I'm commenting for the first time on one of your videos but this time I had to thank you and comment on your video as I was stuck at a certain place in my life for a reeeeeaaaaallly long time and that was because of two of the three reasons which you gave here: 'uncertainty' and 'judgement' - which you pointed at today.
Due to the 'uncertainty' factor, my approach towards anything in life had become like - I ain't doing that unless I'm 100% prepared and 100% sure. That made me lose on so many opportunities. 'My need for permission' and 'my need for perfection' would make me use months of my time for a task which would barely take a day or two.
Due to 'judgement' factor, I was always taking very careful steps in life because I cared too much about what, people I love, will feel and say about it.
Well said, "I am not gonna pause my mission simply because there are some mean people out there who are uninformed or are in a bad mood."
I want you to know just these two things:
1. Before you said that the shirt was not that good one (11:08), I was already liking the shirt.
2. I WAS DANCING BY THE TIME THE VIDEO ENDED. NOW I'M GONNA TAKE A LEAP OF FAITH. WHO I AM IS NOT TETHERED TO MY PAST. COACH, JUST PUT ME IN THE GAME, I'LL FIGURE IT OUT. LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

I would like really thank you for these inspiring words. I am about to do a big change in my life and still facing this fear of change. sometimes I wake up in the morning and I am full of energy towards that change and sometimes I am feeling scared and uncertain. However, when I think logically, I go towards the change and when my emotions controls me I kindda back up. This video really came in the right time and I am going towards my change, face challenges, live the dream and be happier!

So true Brendan! I can relate to all those points! I have my own UA-cam channel and I felt like people judge me but now I don't care! If I cared about what others say then I would not will be creating new content and being my authentic self! I also know about the uncertainty which is like what I am going through being a life but I'm really enjoying the journey! And struggle? Yes I do struggle to get myself out there to be know but I know my message and my videos will reach people and have an amazing impact to their lives!
I lived my husbands life and now he has someone else. Change is difficult for sure and I don’t know where me and the kids are heading but I hope it’s somewhere better 🙏

This is great! I've learned so much about myself over the past year working on personal development. I think one of the toughest things is dealing with people and their opinions especially when you strive to be different.
