    Nice! I have 1 band twisted in to a figure 8 when doing the opposite hand-foot.
    The band runs over the dorsal side of the hand, and thumb over band, > no grip strength needed
    (guitarist-ic solution for saving finger dexterity, I may practice the guitar later that day)
