Il dodicesimo appuntamento dedicato al patrimonio artistico, architettonico e culturale raccolto intono alle più prestigiose cattedrali europee.
Una geografia complessa in cui i curatori, riuniti a Pisa per la due giorni di convegno, si muovono, a latitudini diverse, per trasmettere alle generazioni future il patrimonio di fede e di cultura che hanno ereditato.
Si indaga quella particolare essenza che rende le nostre cattedrali veri e propri organismi viventi, soggetti ad una protezione permanente, frutto di una riflessione ponderata, guidata non solo da un giudizio estetico.
The equilibrium between Conservation and Spirituality
The twelfth conference devoted to the artistic, architectural and cultural heritage collected around Europe's most prestigious cathedrals.
A complex geography in which the curators, gathered in Pisa for the two-day conference, move, at different latitudes, to pass on to future generations the heritage of faith and culture that they have inherited.
We investigate that particular essence that makes our cathedrals real living organisms, subject to permanent protection, which is the result of thoughtful reflection, guided not only by an aesthetic judgement.
