I made these when i was a kid without propellers though. I used to fold flaps on wings and tail like real planes, helped with glide. And yeah a little weight on nose like a small clip to reduce stalling. It used to glide down nicely from heights, occasionally getting lifts from wind drafts.

I made this, it’s fun to make and only takes about 25 minutes for me to make, because I take a long time to hot glue
But when I got done, it flew better then the first one I tried to make without a tutorial
But this one still did not fly well, but still a fun little toy:)

Typically adding a prop on a glider is to give it a little extra push. Basically as it flies air passes through the props causing them to spin. This spinning pushed air back pushing it a little when it slows down. This is used in real life on helicopters. But the props are way too big, and it hardly glides. There is no aerofoil on the wings so there is no lift

THIS DOES NOT WORK
I have tried it, and this does NOT pass the Center of Gravity Test. Thats why the test flight is bad. Again, do to the Center of Gravity, it won't work.
