There is a blizzard standard setting called "Consolidate Buffs" which collapses raid buffs etc. You can see he has it enabled as it's the first buff in the top right corner.

Isn't better Healbot brother with combination of keyboards so you won't need anymore to select the player and press on other button to heal it.
I have mouseover macros, I dont have to select anyone, just hover over them with mouse, then press the heal on my keyboard
