Awesome video Gabriel. I do a lot of skipping the rope myself and I will try to implement the cutting angle of footwork for myself! I cannot thank you enough! 🥊
I started using this footwork like two weeks ago in my Muay Thai spars because of some Soviet style boxing videos that showed up in my feed on Instagram, then I looked it up and gave some thought on how to implement it into Muay Thai. It's a perfect fit because you can release that roundhouse kick both when going in and when going out, it's great. But it is tiresome as fuck, so I'm doing it a lot to improve my cardio
So in orthodox vs orthodox stance, I understand how to cut the angle and go right. But when I try cutting to the left I feel like I am awkward and opening myself up for atrack. Are there effectiv ways to cut to the left or is it mainly the right
Show your hands as if you were about to throw 1-2 on your entry, and sneak in a headkick as they’re focused on blocking the center line You gotta time your head kick so that your opponent is anticipating a cross though
You are 😚 cute blonde ebony fighter. But you share special abilities from legends like Alex P, Manny Pacquiao etc. All bodies are different with difference in strength & weaknesses. Nothing suits my strength & weakness, from your videos. 😢
Make a full course on footwork
yes please
@chaos1237 Is that levi in the profile?
Great idea, imo! 🥊
Yeah lots of nuance to be examined when it comes to this part of the game.
Please!!
Pendulum step. Soviet style. Also fun to study Bivol's style of punching while moving back
Bless and wish you the best on your upcoming fight sensei Varga🫶🥋
Gabriel I just know you're getting even better I'm very happy to see it
Great video!
"Thank you, Sir Varga, for sharing this knowledge for free. My paid MMA gym doesn't provide this much depth of knowledge."

Bro, try to jog non-stop 40 mins daily for a week. It would improve your fighting stamina A LOT.
