A really fantastic coaster and at the time of this review it has my favorite first drop. The first half is incredible, however it loses a lot of its speed after the second inversion. I think I've had my expectations a bit too high for my first RMC. The setting is beautiful and makes the coaster stand out. No doubt a top tier coaster though.
these POV vids are all I've been watching for the last two weeks. I got my family around to watch and they lost interest immediately, you all are all that I have. Quarantine sucks
While I still love the classic wooden coasters this ride is absolutely unique! I love the layout and the fact it's on a mountain?! And at what is a Zoo?! Yes, please!
Very cool! But I also want to go to Sweden! Do other wooden roller coasters have twists that you go upside down? I wasn’t sure if other wooden coasters have twists like this roller coaster. I’m not too old to still love a good roller coaster ride! Lol.. I grew up near Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA. we went there a lot.I remember when it first opened! Lol hardly any trees around and it was hot but me and my family had so much fun. I think it had just one coaster at the time. Went there throughout my teens and twenties, and of course Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm but Six Flags had the best roller coasters! It was weird as the adult to be a chaperone for a bunch of teens from my church when we went to Magic Mountain, they had to talk me into going on some of the rides that looked too tall and too many loops! That turned out to be the funnest day I had in such a long time! 😁
Yes, there are other wooden/hybrid coasters with inversions, it's still a fairly new concept, but there are others. Love Magic Mountain, have visited many times. Sweden is worth the trip if you do get the chance to visit, it's a very beautiful country 🙂

Last time I went to Kolmarden it was me, my friend and my dad! And unfortunately I was to afraid to ride it and so was my dad so the only person who went on Wildfire was my friend! And i regret that I didnt ride it but I will next time!

Sorry for my ignorance but is this a hybrid coaster or wooden ? I am confused, in the comments people are saying wooden, but then it looks like a steel vengeance type of coaster.
I know this was 3 years ago, but this is a topper track wooden coaster which means the track is still made out of wood, but it has a thicker metal sheet on top of it than a normal wooden coaster. The reason you might find it similar to Steel Vengeance is that both were built by the same manufacturer.
Good ride, but the pacing of the second half is so slow compared to the first half. We went when it was new and hoped it would improve, it hasn't. Don't get me wrong, I love the ride, but yeah, that pacing is very annoying.
It could be since not every row is being used due to social distancing. On TPR's POV from a few years ago, it looked like it was hauling. I've noticed it from a few other RMC videos made this year...SteVe also isn't running quite as fast due to carrying less riders (ala, less weight).
It looks like it was taken in the morning, and considering it was posted in November 2020 and the ride is in Sweden, with half a train, all indicators point to it running slow.
@@jeffc1347 Yes, the front POV was first thing in the morning, the back seat POV was in the afternoon. You can see an increase in speed between the front and back POV, even though it still wasn't a full train.

That’s a true fact XtremeCoasters Netwerk, that Germany has Good Parks and nice Roller coasters. In my opinion, I the parks invest more for children shit and less for the thrill rides. Currently, we have to much pussy Attraction . 🥱
I'd LOVE to ride this coaster ! The place is wonderful , this RMC probably has the best location of every coasters on Earth 🤯🤩 I hope I will have the chance to ride it 🤞! Really good on ride btw ! I feel like the ride loses a lot of speed sometimes but it still looks awesome :))
Thank you, yes the location is stunning 🙂 There are a couple of spots where the pace drops, but it's a welcome breather before it picks up speed again.

This is a ride of 2 halves. The first three elements are the best coaster I've ridden. The rest is all pretty boring... Shame if they'd gotten the pacing right this could have been top 5 in the world.
RMC is doing some crazy stuff with wooden coasters that no-one ever thought was possible, and I hope they never stop innovating.
They are truly an inspirational brand with their awesome imagination and ability to bring magic to life

A nice long ride and a beautiful sounding ride i sm glad they got to save this ride and did not have to tear it down.
Crazy!! The sky and surroundings are just as cool as the coaster.
It's one of the most stunning coaster locations we've seen.

RMC has learnt a lot since this coaster was built. Apart from the odd dead spot, we had no issues with the 2nd half of the ride 🙂

1.2m is the minimum height restriction.

Not at all, you get thrown around a little due to the fast elements and direction changes, but it's not rough :)
