As long as you exit out of the Salvage Yard you do not have to leave the Planet for it to respawn. You can just immediately go back in.

Its the Factionship you get for doing the entire story (as far as you can as of now)WRA fighter.
You can just do the buy/sell miningships to make money🙂

How do you level Nova Squad up?
I did it by having them as members of one of the NPC squads and setting them to do ground missions.
What ship are you using?
It's the WRA ship you get doing the story...Not sure its the best ship out there, but i kinda like it despite its ugly apperance.
