There are so many women human rights activists, doctors, dermatologists, animal rehabilitators, lawyers and artists creating content on instagram and youtube that are not mainstream or have big followings. People just don’t look for this kind of content so they never find these women. Of course they are mostly from upper middle or upper class brackets but they exist.

exactly, I myself run a small business and I know so many women running successful home businesses or the resources they have.. It's the audience that doesn't give limelight to those. As he said, money attracts us and we like to see luxurious stuff

@@jahanbyfaiqa bilkul, and how is travel or food vlogging more constructive than life style vlogging? Needless criticism just because it caters to women’s interests so it’s useless? there’s nothing wrong with young girls and women creating lifestyle content at least they can dare to have an online presence in a country where most of its women are absent from public spaces and are slut shamed+cyber harassed for having online presence everyday. Humaray loagon say aurton ki presence online spaces mein bhi bardasht nahin hoti. These vloggers are representation for young girls in the public space right now and its important for women and young girls to see themselves, their interests, their likes and dislikes to be reflected and represented in online spaces and content right now because young girls engaging in online communities is how they will develop a facet of their individuality, something we know most women here are not allowed to cultivate and exercise.

As usual - Junaid Akram has taken this back to his usual stance of “its a male dominated society” forgetting the fact that it is pretty much like that across the world
Simple reason - for Blogging or any long form content (UA-cam / Podcast) you have to create an actual value and women generally speaking don’t really add that value hence no body cares.
However on the flip side, if you look at short form content like shorts / posting instagram stories or pictures, women dominate because they don’t really have to do much effort / add value.
He gave reference of Kim K - The only reason she became famous was because she made her sex tape and her mother capitalised on that opportunity and built her brand around it

I agree with some of what you said but not all. If people find your content valuable, you will get viewers. It could be because of your looks, your style, your conversational abilities, your research etc.
If women add value by making. let's suppose, makeup and beauty content, they will get a lot of followers who are interested in that; and similarly if they create value by creating philosophy content, you will get viewers who're interested in that.
Overall things are more difficult for women all over the world (even more here). But If you can tap into a niche, you can get followers. Value is subjective, it depends on the person viewing the content if the content is valuable or not.

@@nofilkhan6743and that is exactly what I said i.e. ‘type of content’ matters. This is exactly why instagram is dominated by females. Ignoring a select few men (like Ronaldo, Messi, Rock) who might have the largest amount of following, the rest of the others who have the largest following is actually females

You are not representing 95% of Pakistan. You do not know your own country.
