말차가루 10g
반죽 두께 4mm
원형 커터 5cm 사용
**오븐을 미리 예열해주세요
오븐온도: 170도 10~20분 구워주세요

75g sugar
2g of salt
1 egg
Marshmallow
**Plane cookies
130g of flour
** Matcha cookies
120g of flour
10g matcha powder
4mm thickness of dough
Use a circular cutter 5 cm
**Please preheat the oven in advance
Oven temperature: Bake at 170 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes

1) Lightly loosen the room temperature butter.
2)Add sugar and salt and mix lightly until slightly brightened in color.
3) Eggs at room temperature, whipping until well combined.
4) Sift the flour, mix it like cutting it, and divide the dough in half
Divide in half, add matcha powder and mix to form a lump as if cutting
Mix the remaining dough like cutting to form a lump
**Let it harden in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes
5)Push the hardened dough to a 4mm thickness and dip it into a cookie cutter of the desired shape
6)Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes
7)After the cookies cool, place the marshmallow on top and bake for 3 minutes at 170 degrees
8)Place an animal-shaped cookie on top
