Altar of the Pantheon also adds one devotion to each color and color combination, on top of the fixing (and added life gain, if you draft any Gods or Demigods). Useful in a deck trying to run two different devotions.

now that I've watched I think reverant hoplite is not worth. You need at least 3 devotion on the board for it to not be an awful card and you need a ton of synergy to make 1/1s even worth it.
Great video, as always. What am I missing about Blight-Breath? 6CMC for a 3/2 + single creature removal doesn't seem very powerful to me. I guess you could replay it with Omen, but still...
Couple of mistakes during drafting 1. If you have 41 or 43 cards and its a tough cut just keep them or cut a land 2. Be shocked when you don't get your lands 3 . win 1 game 4. complain about how mtg is all about luck and its screws you over
It seems like I've seen a lot of people playing strong, aggressive white decks in this rotation. I haven't been this excited to play mono white since circle of protection was still a thing.

@Kel'Thuzad Agreed, also there's not a lot of expensive cards outside of the Escape decks and often find myself playing 16 lands.
I first picked a Thassa yesterday and got 4 Altars long gamed to six wins, gained a lot of life and tapped a lot of creatuers

Archon gets back an enchantment when it dies. But I agree that Archon would have been more efficient there.

After watching this, I think WB go wide is better than WR go wide. Lampad beats relying on pump spells and enchantments.

No, Mono Red is a beast atm

@@dougcarey2233 Mono W is a high roller deck. Either they win or they loose, but they don't grind a lot and they have no really interessting games.

if you bought the Theros quest line its one of the rewards.
what kalos said, and some of the old pre-release codes were for one too. you can still buy those on ebay or whatever for a $1-2 draft
