Speechless, chills, and tears. This song was sang at one if not both of grandparent's funerals. Makes me miss both my grandparents and great grandmother terribly. Thanks Sam.
Love it Sam! Great to hear from you today, didn't expect a video this quickly. I love Vocal Point but this performance just blew me away when I first heard it. (It helps I'm addicted to latin/Italian in music). Thanks for the reaction!
It's funny I live about 15 minutes drive from BYU and had never really listened to Vocal Point before I saw them come up on your reactions. Kids from BYU come into the place (family friendly) where my daughter and I sing karaoke all the time, and they're all amazing because they sing with the campus chorus groups. I guess you take a lot for granted when they're just the kids down the road LOL
Yes! WOW! To be sure! Thank you for reacting. I get a kick out of finding both of us "pressing in" on our headphones at the same time, to hear the awesomeness in full. ;-) Love the ukulele at the end! Thanks much, Sam!
I just saw this reaction. And yes, it is amazing. This is exactly what I think a choir of angels sounds like. Oh yes, they were on the same Sing Off as Pentatonix. If you want some great laughs, check out their performances on the show. They are really a funny group of guys.
Great video. This song is on their excellent album “Lead Thou Me On.” An incredibly beautiful and worshipful album. You can’t help but feel the spirit move when you listen to the music.
You should react to BYU Focal Points "Homeward Bound".... IT IS MY FAVORITE BY THEM AND NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT IT! PLEASE.... IT IS TOO GOOD TO GO UNNOTICED!
Love BYU. And I like your reaction on their cover of 'You Raise Me Up & 'Go the Distance'. You express the feelings of awe well. Please do a reaction on one of their video "Homeward Bound" . Beautiful song... Oh I'm a fan of your Channel. You rock!! Aloha from Papua New Guinea

@ Naja Berthelsen, @Tony Matthew; That must be really spectacular to hear. Given its’ association though, it’d probably unreasonable to ask to be able to hear it, so i won’t.

In Greenland, we sing this as a funeral song, in greenlandic of course.
Same here in India. But I play this often. BYU choir is out of this world.

It absolutely has a haunting sort of peace and beauty befitting a funeral. Yet it is also hopeful and uplifting. Would love to hear it in Greenlandic.
